thank you for this video, every single shot is absolutely beautiful. a little tip on the strawberries, i use a metal straw to remove the green and white bits, you just pop it in the pointy side and push it until the stem comes out. it's very easy and low waste solution :)

Nice, I thought the snippets in your IG looked like Perth! I was not able to get back to see my family for Christmas but will head over in the new year. I am definitely a visual learner too, although I still listen to podcasts as well. If I really want to take something in though I need to take notes and actually write something down. That strawberry sauce looks amazing!

Hey I’m making a really simple recipe of protein pancakes. So for 6 small pancakes you’re gonna need half a banana, one egg, one scoop of chocolate protein and about 1-1,5 tablespoon of oats. Blend it and that’s it!!
