In this way it is keeping two Conceptually superior and inferior realms connected without actually contradicting their nature. Since the logical Implications are not enforced by The physical realm on the Outerversal realm, but by the Platonic concept on the Outerversal realm

Huh? Time travel with raw speed is literally the definition of immeasurable speed according to everyone. Transcending time in existence is an ability, an ability that grants you immeasurable speed by default.
The reason it's called immeasurable is because it cannot be quantified. Moving faster than light (superluminal speed) requires beyond infinite energy and is a property reserved mostly for hypothetical particles that we haven't observed.
Of course, in power scaling, infinite speed and light speed are generally not synonymous which is fine for certain arguments, you just need to bump up the numbers and change some wording in the speed definitions to accommodate for the difference in logic
Infinite speed- moving infinite distance in finite time, which technically requires a supertask to accomplish. Still, it happens enough to have it's own definition in power scaling.
Inaccessible speed- instantaneous movement, moving finite distance with no time in-between (teleportation abilities and other hax can allow this, but remember, those aren't applicable to the character's default speed.
And then, immeasurable speed- Moving faster than infinitely fast to travel backwards in time (and forward). Because it's beyond infinite, it cannot be measured, at least under the logic used in power scaling where light ≠ infinite speed.

I debunked Dragon ball cosmology by the fact it only has a type 1 multiverse at max which is something that contains infinite amounts of possible spaces that work in the same physical laws because the universes are never said to have it own model of all of the entirety of space, time, matter, energy, and information, that has different physical laws and dimensions in Dragon ball doesn’t talk about mathematical dimensions that has it own extra special vectors axis beyond space so there only 1 temporal dimension which means it doesn’t even have a type 2 multiverse that contains post-inflation embryonic bubbles of type 1 multiverses and bubble exist outside the time and space of our own. They would have different laws of physics and constants and all of these universes would be their own unique bubble.
