It cannot be stupidly tit for tat taxation as US demands. It should not be entertained as the rest pay back by the paper that is printed by the US which is not backed up by the sum assured. There should be a global currency that should be compensated by the level of victimization by the last 100 years of Western Ally's aggressions - let trade be trade of mutual negotiation, not an imposition by the exploiter over exploited.
