Today we removed the rear muffler from a BMW E90. The result was a nice tone from the exhaust that wasn’t over powering. 304 stainless material was used in this project.
I’ve driven his car a few times I’d didn’t hear any drone on the highway or slower driving. It makes the car have a nice exhaust note, light crackling between shifts or free revving. He also has a injen intake on it, definitely goes well together.

The muffler shops around here use the crushed bends wirh aluminized steel exhaust. Looks bad, flows bad but is cheaper. I wanted Stainless with mandrel bends

Unless you have sales statistics from the year 2006-2011. Also, I said "generally" meaning most of them but not all... so my statement remains.

No errors with welding the exhaust on the car. No blown modules?
I always disconnect the battery before welding on a car. Other people don't with out issues but I like to be safe.

All they needed was an ebay tip and a welder. Any muffler shop will do this for you for ~$100
