I followed this program Mon-Fri last week. I LOVED it!! It was intense! Definitely an advanced routine (I've been doing advanced workouts for over a year now) and I can feel how it targets all the necessary muscles for using ODM gear. My only critique is unclear rest times (I never rest longer than 5 mins as a rule), particularly for the metabolic conditioning rounds. I did 40seconds as a max between rounds. Also, is the program is meant to be done consecutively or with rest days in-between? Great routine, and I'll definitely be sticking to it!
Glad you liked it!! I'll add rest times in the future. You'll want to add rest days in. You just need to fit in each of the training days once every week
it can help, yes, given you are eating enough protein. leanness comes from not having a lot of fat. so, depending on your body fat percentage and your weight, you would either be in a caloric deficit or eating at maintenance. say your weight is normal, but your body fat percentage isn't ideal. that's when you would do body recomposition. you will burn fat and gain muscle, and will either eat at maintenance or at a very small deficit (like, 100-250 cal deficit), so you will be maintaining the weight you are at, or maybe even gaining a couple pounds in muscle while still looking "slimmer" and "leaner". building muscle takes a while, so you would have to keep doing this workout for months. then, in order to maintain the muscle, you would still have to keep up with some sort of workout routine. TLDR; yes, you can become lean and gain muscle, and you will have to keep up with this routine for a while. eat well and work hard, and it will happen.
I am 13 years old. I have heart face shape, same skin tone as Levi almost the same personality, I’m not gonna say I’m strong, but maybe I am don’t blame me in the comments because idk. And I want to reach Levi’s physique. My first goal was eren but it seemed a little bit too hard.
