I lived in Shanghai for 10 years. Best city I've ever lived in! I live in Los Angeles now but looking to return to live in Shanghai soon in 2025. Great video!
In America, I realize there are a lot of anti-China propaganda. I dont think people in China are interested in anti-America propaganda as much Americans who are into anti-China propaganda. There's a lot of misinformation of fake info spreading online like the things about "social score". Most Chinese people dont understand what that is but everyone outside China are spreading the info about it. I think Americans are more obsessed with CCP than Chinese people. Specially Americans like to make up stories.
Glad you like it!!! 😄 It's great to try different countries and cities, as it helps us understand what kind of life we want. I think no place is inherently better; it's about which one you prefer. Then welcome you back to Shanghai!!
This was a high quality video, it was excellent well done! High quality editing and good structure. Assuming it isnt a grass roots marketing campaign for Shanghai! ( Thats how good it is)
hahh I’m just expressing my true feelings. I used to really not like Shanghai, but now I genuinely do. But still, I don't treat it as a city where I can spend the rest of my life.
This is what Americans always like to show off, big salaries, but they don't tell the truth that expenses are also bigger. Even though you have a big salary, you still feel poor.
yess! but for my case, as a single person, I used to live in Hangzhou (a new first-tier city near Shanghai), where my rent was the same as in Shanghai( but smaller). Daily expenses were about the same, but my income increased after moving here. so between these two cities, Shanghai is clearly the better choice. Of course, if you’re a family, especially with kids, the costs would be a different story~
@@MoZhu120 Thanks for clarifying - things are not more expensive, single without dependent, and rent is better value. It wold explain your point. Thanks.

mainly used Pocket3 and Iphone 16! I have action 4 but it is always dark when you use it for daily recording, but 5 pro is perfectly bright, so considering to exchange it , they have trade-in program!
Well, that diving shot was a pleasant surprise. 😂😂😂 Nice video. Shanghai seems like a good choice for me.
Thanksss! Hahahh, glad you think so! You should definitely come and see it in person!😄
@MoZhu120 Not sure how often you check your IG messages but I sent a couple of questions on there if you don't mind. thanks :)

Usually, higher income means higher expenses. Other videos said a lot of rain and hurricanes. Winter is cold, but no snow. Hmmm.
