I love reading and you really inspire me to pick up a book when I get into a reading slump. You were the one who got me to do my first 24 hour read-a-thon I'm so grateful that u got me into the Lara Jean trilogy because now it's one of my favorite books. I suggest to you read Kasie Wears books. I love how u make me happy whenever I watch you! Thanks!
Whitby is near my home town and is sooo lovely. Part of Dracula is set there and yet all the movie versions seem to ignore that. I definitely recommend another visit! Climbing the 199 steps up the East cliff to St Mary's Church (featured in Dracula) is such fun, if a little tiring haha. Hope you got to enjoy all the lovely sweet shops and book shops. Please tell me if you went in the book shop with the 'delicate' staircase that feels on the verge of collapse when you climb it
I loved Whitby! I climbed the steps and went into sweet shops and ice cream shops and a book shop (I think it might have been the one you are talking about? That's where I purchased the two classics!). So lovely!
I wasn’t a fan of the witch doesn’t burn in this one. It was too political for me (and while I totally agree with her opinions) when I read a book I really don’t want to think about trump. In fact, I never want to think about trump.
IVE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!!! You are my favourite booktuber and I look every single day to see if you have uploaded anything! I have been so sad not being able to see your beautiful smiling face in my notifications. So today was a very exciting day being able to watch a new video of yours! Cannot wait to see all that you do throughout your final semester at university! Good luck!
I Capture the Castle is considered such a classic here in England! Also if you read and enjoy it there's a really cute film adaptation from a few years ago :) Oohh and Dracula is really good, too, though quite long!
I have a special place in my heart for Dracula the book. I was reading it in the hospital waiting room when my niece was being born. She just turned 11. It's a good book. Some of the writing is so fancy it reminds me of poetry.
I CAN NEVER GET ENOUGH OF ZOE!!!!❤️❤️ ALL THE BEST ZOE!!! we love you sm!! your bubbly personality and character always have me wanting more of your videos and wanting to be your Friend!! you’re looking so good!! 💗💗💗
I bought ELEANOR OLIPHANT IS COMPLETELY FINE on a whim a few months ago and fell in love with it! Am interested in reading THE QUEEN OF THE FOREST...that sounds interesting!
Yes! I Capture the Castle is my fave and I'm pleased to see it being in videos more. Just watched the movie again last night actually. The movie is great too! I recommend watching it after reading it. Romola Garai is perfect as Cassandra. Not many know Dodie Smith also wrote 101 Dalmatians funnily enough. Both are awesome! :)
I MISSED YOUUU AHHH You're my favourite booktuber and you have been since I joined this community!!! I hope you're having a great time whatever you're doing right now!! ahahah Xoxo
Zoë I am so happy you are back, I hope you enjoyed London and best of luck for graduating University in December. Also great book suggestions when I finish my TBR shelf I might pick some of these books up. Also when would your next readathon be? But also thank you for the new video 💗
Hey Zoe. If you're looking for good middle grade books and like books that make you cry you should really check out The Girl Who Could Fly by Victoria Forester. It's one of my all-time favorites!
Good luck with The Color of Magic...I only made it about 10% through and put it down. Just couldn't get into it. Hopefully will give it a try another time, but I've heard it's not the best one to start out with.
YOUR HAIR IS KILLING IT
