I'm a tour guide in Ha Giang and I'm also from Ha Giang (Ha Giang Loop). I would like to thank all the tourists who have visited my beautiful homeland ❤❤❤
I came across this vlog looking for places that my nephew said he did on his visa trip from Bali, he lives in Bali. He did the loop tour and Ha long bay. But you videos are very professional the right mix of scenery, description and the back ground music is relaxing. You guys are doing the right thing exploring the world whilst you can, as I have said many times to my nephew, you will upset many a resident in your old folks home. My generation seemed to live for work and save for our old age, and when we get there we are to old to do the things you guys do. Yes, I have travelled a bit, in my teens it was a trip to a Spanish costa, the I started to work outside of the UK for my employer, paid well but it was 12 hour days and nights with a day off to change from my day shift pattern to night shift pattern and very little time off. So to do what you guys are doing is tremendous, I really envy you both. Have found your Vlog and over the next few weeks/months I hope to watch them from the beginning in the Dominican Republic a place I visited some forty or so years ago and Dubai I visited well before it developed. So I plan to travel the world with you both, wish you both the best and enjoy your life together, you seem a perfect couple.
Hi Lauren, I love the video. It was something worth doing while in Vietnam and should be on everyone's bucket list. I left my drone back in South Africa so I wasn't able to get some drone footage. Do you mind if i use some of your drone footage, I will reference it in the description linking you to your page. Thanks
@@LaurenJason when are you both going back to South East Asia? We are currently planning our escape from Europe's winter to head to Thailand in December
Seeing the video brings up so many fond memories. It was an awesome experience to ride the Ha Giang Loop with you guys 🥰 We love the amazing footage of the mountains as well, kinda puts our iPhone filmed videos to shame 😅 All the best from Denmark 🇩🇰 August, Fie and Mathias
Hey guys!! Thanks so much for watching and we’re glad you got to relive the adventure through our video. It was such a blast doing the loop with you and we couldn’t imagine doing it with any other group! We miss you three! 🤗💛

My goodness! That is a memorable journey for you two and what a fun group as well. What was the total cost for each person? I see some people riding themselves so there’s a different price depending how you tour?
It sure was! We loved every minute of it 🥰. You save about 1,000,000 VND by riding by yourself but note that you do need your IDP to do so! Otherwise it generally costs around 230USD per person for what we did.
We enjoyed our 4 days but many groups only do the 3! On the 3rd day you do spend a large amount of time riding back into Ha Giang while stopping at a couple spots. But if you prefer the 3 day you’re not missing out on too much! However, I would check to make sure they head to the most northern part of Vietnam on the 3 day as that was a great experience!
We book our tour with our accommodations, Ha Giang Hostel a day before the tour but if you wanted to have something secured, here's a great option that includes transport from Hanoi! www.getyourguide.com/s?partner_id=WTQXQZS&cmp=TH-cam_HaGiang&q=H%C3%A0+Giang&et=455317&lc=149376
Yes it should be clear however there’s a higher chance of rain during the summers. When doing the loop you leave your luggage with the hostel or tour company that you booked with!

@@julee6457 yeah! We actually did our own self-guided trek through one of Sapa’s villages which you can see in our previous video: th-cam.com/video/35WuGnOLXuM/w-d-xo.html. Just to clarify, Ha Giang and Sapa are totally different regions of Northern Vietnam!

@@xovicc9426 for the entire experience!
What time of year is this?? Hoping to do this tour in November. Thanks!
This was in late March! November is one of the best times to do it with dry and cool weather!
Do you think 4 days was too much? I'm debating between the 3 or 4 day tour!
We enjoyed our 4 days but many groups only do the 3! On the 3rd day you do spend a large amount of time riding back into Ha Giang while stopping at a couple spots. What’s the transport way you guys took from sapa to ha giang ?
We booked our bus from Sapa to Ha Giang through 12GoAsia (here's the exact link: 12go.tp.st/PHttw6OC) and got dropped off directly at Ha Giang Hostel!

Hello i come from hà giang. I love this music. Can you show me the name?
I’m going to Sapa next month. Do you think the weather will be clear? Also who carried all your luggage as you went to through the loop trip?

The most raining is August and there maybe some all day long rain
