@@tonygiovanni7598 it has been perfect mechanically, only issue was water ingress in the rear light cluster.
      Was covered under warranty.

What to look out for? Im planning to buy one with N55 engine but low mileage examples are quite rare. Did you get anything tuned or is it bone stock? Id love to keep it all stock if its enough for tight roads and weekend car.

@@funfzylinder Mines now at 29k and a friends is coming up to 80k both haven’t had any mechanical problems. Only issue I’ve had is water ingress in one of the rear lights, Both cars are tuned and get driven hard.
In higher mileage cars check rear diff for leaks and the rear diff bush for cracks, Easily seen with car on the ground.
Look for oil leak down the front of the engine could come from a oring on the vanos solenoid or gasket on the oil cooler housing. All easy fixes but any oil down the front of the engine can cause it to get on the drive belt and slip off and get pulled into the crank seal.
How it’s been looked after is going to be more important, check servicing is upto date and receipts to prove as it’s easily faked on the onboard computer, and previous accident damage.
Matching correct tyres and correct alignment are also key to them handing correctly.
Stock pilot super sports, Contact sport 7 and eagle f1 super sports work really well and suit the car, the PS4s are two soft and make the handing vague.
Mine is predominantly a road car, stock suspension is to firm for fast road use.
Definitely would suggest upgrading to a decent set of coilover using the oem top mounts.
Suspension wise the AST 5100 or Litchfield road nitron kit works amazingly well,
Gives the car way more composure and confidence on less than perfect roads.

Are all these M2's stock or tuned for much more power?
If stock I never knew they had that much power to break the rear tires loose like that.
    Great drift cars.

Turbo 370 HP can break the rear tires loose. Especially when you flick the car into the drift.
