Tres interesting Robert, some great scenery in the dusk test, in the dark could certainly see the strobes out to 5 plus km once you zoomed the camera. 🙂
Really great video Robert and it proves how ill thought out the VLOS rule is, when it is better at night! To paraphrase Harry Lauder, Dronin' In The Gloamin'...........I'll get mae coat.
Great video and test Robert. And not a Ranger in sight. I wonder how many UFO reports will drift in from there 😂 Need to invest in a few off those strobes. They certainly light up for miles.
That was very interesting Robert . That's a cracking looking drone you have; the Mavic 3. What a beautiful location Loch Doon is. Had my first wee test flight with my new Mini 4 Pro the other day then badly sprained my ankle a day later and haven't been able to get back out 🤐🤐. Aberfoyle is 1/2 hour from me so the first opper-chancity ah'll be back out with my drone at the The Lochs Forrest drive and will stick a video up. Cheers, Jim
Hallo there, Jim. You take it easy wi that sprained ankle, they can take much longer to heal than you might expect. Scotland’s beauty will wait for you 😀
They are amazing bits of kit right enough! Are they rechargeable or do they take the wee watch batteries? Golden hour is a great time to make flight videos that was stunning! Cheers Robert.
You just plug them into a wee usb-c port on the strobe and they recharge to full in no time at all (the older ones - like mine - have a micro usb port)
Thanks so much for the coffee /fuel, Charlie. My song isn’t for sale, but if you’d like to send me your email address, I’ll send you a copy :)My email address is at the bottom of the description of all of my videos
@@WindsweptRobert Wasn't a criticism mate, you need to have them the same sides front and back so you know which way it is flying to the naked eye, I was Merchant Navy too, great video again, wish I had a Loch near me, sadly I have 2 old WW2 runways used for private flights which are both FRZ's
@WindsweptRobert cant be 100% sure but i had an old Vauxhall corsa and the Airbag piece was not totally closed. And popped out one day. Luckily almost at a stand still. Once again not 100 sure about yours. If its okay then leave it☺️
Hi Robert! The original video with Lassie is still one of my all-time favorites of yours! Thanks for sharing this one, it is such a beautiful setting!
Mine too!
stunning scenery Robert, thanks for sharing. Atb
Glad you enjoyed it☺

Sweet video my friend from.a fellow scot:)
Hey, thanks!

Aye, I think I'll be going out at that time in the late afternoon more often as the colours are just fantastic :)

VLOS is and always has been, a loada pish! :)
Love your videos Robert...
🤗
☺
Ex royal navy here, protocol for navigation lights is green to starboard, red to port, that way you can tell a vessels' direction of travel.
Great video and test Robert. And not a Ranger in sight. I wonder how many UFO reports will drift in from there 😂 Need to invest in a few off those strobes. They certainly light up for miles.
Recorded at the exact same spot where I had my Ranger encounter of the 3rd kind!

@@WindsweptRobert thanks Robert. As soon as I can drive and the weather is dry I’ll get back out. Looking forward to seeing more of your flights 👍👍
I really do need to invest in a couple or three of those flytron cree strobes. They're incredible.
Very tiny too, and you can add 2 of them to a mini 2 and the weight will still be under 250g (I created a video showing this a few years ago)
Thanks
Thank you John, if only every viewer was as appreciative as you, I’d be a millionaire! Aw well, this time next year Rodney 😉

Nice test there Roberto. Were you at the north tip of the loch or the south?
North, on the wee hillock just before you go over the bridge
@@WindsweptRobert Ha, just as I thought! 🙂
Just an and odd thought, based on your recent 360 castle vid, perhaps you ought to give some thought to drone travelogs. 🙂
I have had thoughts of this dance on the periphery of my imagination, but I need some help in creating a proper plan :)
Loved this video. Thanks mate. But please keep an Eye on ur steering wheel. Looks like the Airbag is about to pop out. Dont want that while driving
locals....jimmy theres a ufo...nah its robert and wee drone....panic over

Hi What is the name of the band/singer please. Who do you contact to use the music --- it good.
You contact ME about using the music as I created it and it's my copyrighted work :) WindsweptRobert@gmail.com
Port Red and Starboard Green ?
Port is RED, Starboard is Green, even your picture has it right on this video lol
Fair enough.

Watch out for ranger’s bearing a grudge.

I'll have a close look next time I'm in the car. Thanks for pointing it out :)
