Nice river carp, there are huge ones of those in the rivers of France, in the UK 🇬🇧 ours tend to grow biggest in lakes and large ponds. But yes they are a good fight when you get one on, loved w@thing this channel grow and flourish over the years well done Stache Family 🎉

We have Kansas closer,100+ pound catfish and 17 inch plus crappie all day long plus big walleyes. Problem is sometimes it ruins it for you when you have to fish near home, hard to get excited about the local fare.
First fish sure looked like a White Perch, if so it was Huge. Very good eating. White Perch have that Blue Haze on skin under Scales. Thanks to KF&W for " Accedently " Dumping White Perch in a Local Reservoir (Cheney). As of today not to many ponds, rivers or lakes are without this Invasive fish. It's all due to fish relocation by way of Bait. White Perch are Excellent Cat, Flathead bait. But if you can catch some 8" + they are Tasty!
I'm a longtime subscriber and love your content , I don't often leave comments, but please stop calling rapids spillways. Spillways are only present when you have a man-made levy or dam .
Love your videos, but can we just call the rapids the rapids and not a spillway which they are not. No biggie, it's like when people call a boat a tri- haul, when it's a tri- hull. I give foreigners a break but if English is your first language you need to do better.lol

Trout are overgrown minnows, they make good flathead bait though. Our Nebraska stockers taste like mud and ass, maybe wild would be better?
