I enjoyed this type of video. I like to see how others dig into a new deck. I do a keeper-klinker exercise with a new deck. It’s similar to what you did. I look at each card in the deck and separate them into three piles, cards I like/love by gut reaction is the first. Cards that seem neutral or don’t particularly make an impact is pile two. Pile three are cards my gut reacts to negatively (the klinkers). If I have more keepers and neutral cards than klinkers, the deck will probably work well for me. Then I dive into the klinkers to figure out why I had a negative reaction to them because that probably represents something in my life that needs addressing. Good video! Thanks for sharing ❤!

I never just grab a deck and pull a card spontaneously. I always make a thing out of it. That’s what I enjoy the most. It works for me. I don’t normally interview my Oracle decks. I typically only interview my tarot decks, but I love that idea! I absolutely loved this video!

Watching (or should I say, hearing) your video while working on a Rhiannon illustration 🥰 I too, work with my decks in a similar manner... First, I cleanse the deck (with either smoke or Selenite), see what intuitive messages come to me as I go through each card, do a deck interview and pull one card a day from that specific deck for some time... 🙂
Oh wow, what an amazing thing to work on 💖 awesome that we work in a similar way ✨️ yea, selenite is another great way to cleanse decks!! I feel intuitive is the best for sure. Daily card pulls create more of a connection for me than just doing a spread every now and again 💖

Never been into tarots and oracles before but I’ve always be interested to that . Decided to give it a try and as a beginner I’ve started with tarot which I couldn’t get it so easy . Then I casually discovered oracles and through a little research I found out about this beautiful deck and I decided to buy it . I received 3-4 days ago and I love it. I think the key (specially for a beginner) it’s to find a connection/attraction to a deck in order to understand and get an easier reading etc . Someone told me I could cleanse the deck with a Tibetan bowl , it’s a good way to do it ?
Tarot as a beginner can be a challenge. That's why I believe oracle cards to be that bit easier 🥰 Absolutely agree. There has to be a connection to work with it. It will flow easier once there is a connection 💖 Aw you can totally cleanse it with a singing bowl. Sound cleansing is a great way to cleanse a deck and raise the energy in the space ✨️

I am working with the Citadel. I like use moonlight and knocking to cleanse.
