Most of my collection is because I watched a review on the deck first from you. Your honesty is helpful and your experience and insight is appreciated.
The imagary on the cards is beautiful. Feels like a deck that can be used all year, not just a seasonal deck. I really appreciate all the ideas you gave for ways of working with this deck. The cards remind me of books by Charles de Lint if his books were illustrated :) The Wild Wood is one that comes to mind.
I've seen this on amazon but was still wondering about it, so glad to see you do a first impressions on it. Thank you! Love Sara's artwork! The Rooted Woman, Witch Sisters & Green Witches oracle decks on the list, along with many others....including your Nellies deck! I'm hoping you may do another release of Nellies deck on it's anniversary if you feel it succeeded your expectations. I have no way to do a download of it & really would love to have in my collection. Just a thought...
Hi, Kelly, I came upon this deck at Barnes&Noble yesterday. I had no intention of buying a deck. In fact, I haven't been buying decks at all for quite a while as I have way too many! Anyway, I'm really loving the cards and the readings are impressive. As far as the book goes, I just don't get it either. All I can say is that unless I figure something out, this book is going to be worn out in a hurry due to fanning through the pages over and over in an attempt to find the right card! Thank you for another great review!
Kelly these are so sooo beautiful Im in a trance and again want to thank you for your great know ledge and time. A small tattoo of this lovely earth card would be better than "lots of chocolate". Anyway I just absolutely love the detail in the art and this is sold no wish list now back to the pine comb card. 🌱💞
I was thinking about this deck and wondering if you might review it just last night. I wake up - lo and behold!! Thank you Kelly for the 4th review in a row of a deck I’ve been curious about (and also lightening my wallet 😂).
:D I am so glad it was waiting for you! I definitely have had some interesting ones on the table so I can imagine wallets getting lightened O.o sorry about that!
Thanks so much for this! It’s a really lovely deck so have added it to my wish list. Your advice regarding acquainting ourselves with how an oracle might speak in readings, I.e., 1, 2, or 3 cards, is greatly appreciated. I’ve been spending a couple months deep diving with Glowwood Oracle and finding that the more I get to know it, the more profound it is for multi-card pulls, even a 9-card, or a larger spread even without a tarot. Blessings!
It's such a shame that they didn't put more effort/time in the guidebook and actually adding/explaining the structure in there that you've recognized since there is obviously a structure/thoughts behind what the creator put in that deck. Cause that structure you showed us is actually what's now sold me on the deck. And that would also solved the ordering/finding the cards in the guidebook problem. (Maybe they wanted to do that but then forgot and that's the reason why they aren't alphabetized).
I did wonder that as well, though they didn't seem to be, I truly think they were going somewhere with it and something got lost in the shuffle, lol, no pun intended!
I love this deck. The guidebook annoys the heck out of me. I'm planning on alphabetically indexing the cards with cross-referenced page numbers and gluing it into the book so it is more usable
I thought this was going to be the same deck I have called Green Witch Oracle by Rockpool. Im happy to see it is entirely different and will be more useful to me in my work and pondering. Thanks for sharing this with us
Im loving this deck. They should at least be in alphabetical order though! I dont think that’s too much to ask lol. I don’t want to see my own ugly ass writing on my beautiful cards.

Aw, thank you so much, that means a lot to me!!

Oh yes, I love that in terms of de Lint book illustrations, especially Wild Wood! I definitely agree that it does not feel seasonal to one season!
Ive been loving this deck, especially in February, I cant wait to get back into the garden 😂
Great walkthrough ❤
Oh that is so nice to hear! I feel like it is going to be a great addition and am keeping it out to work with!!

I would just write an index into the back with the card and page number, I have done that in one or two other decks with the same issue!

They really are beautiful and I'm looking forward to working with them more!! Love that on the Earth card :D
Also, writing an index in the back seems to be a simple fix to the issue.
Thanks for that!
I should know that watching this walk through would lead to me buying it. Couldn't resist!
I ordered it as well
This one I have to blame on Patrick LOL :D
This deck is almost perfect ..I had to write the page number on the card 🥹
I agree, I am glad you found a solution!

You are so welcome, Dara, I am so glad to know your deep dive into the Glowwood Oracle is really opening up the readings for you!!!

I Like your Work. ❤Thank you.
Thank you so much!
So excited to get this!
Does anyone know if theres an online guide to the deck?
I love this deck. The guidebook annoys the heck out of me. I'm planning on alphabetically indexing the cards with cross-referenced page numbers and gluing it into the book so it is more usable
Oh thats a great idea!
Yes! I have done that to another deck and I am most definitely going to do that here!
I thought this was going to be the same deck I have called Green Witch Oracle by Rockpool. Im happy to see it is entirely different and will be more useful to me in my work and pondering. Thanks for sharing this with us
Ahh, I didn't know there was another, that is definitely a close title but I'm glad to hear there is a clear difference between them!
Nice work 👍 👍

I wouldn’t want to see mine either lol, but I will alphabetize them in the back with pg numbers!
How many cards ?
Absolutely love the walk through... Stunning Deck...but Agreed that not being in Alphabetical or Numbered is a deterrent for me ❤ unfortunately
I am just going to make a quick index in the back!
