If you would've told me in 1997 i'd be watching a wrestling review show on youtube that'd have a custom intro especially for Alex Wright, i don't think i would've believed you but here we are.
Next week's episode of reliving the war should be great. The debut of Goldberg, Austin stuns McMahon for the first time, Cactus Jack's WWF debut and of course Ahmed Vs Rocky.
Time to forget about panic, stress, or any negative things that bother you in life, and enjoy a good episode of Reliving The War. Next one is the big hundred!!! upd: Thanks for the Pantera joke, made me laugh like crazy. Great flashback to "You want a war?" also. Won't edit my comment anymore.
From "The 1st Raw vs Nitro" as a stand-alone video, to becoming a full fledged series, to being on the cusp of Ep 100. Congratulations on making one of, if not the BEST series on TH-cam. I'm so excited for the future of this channel, more laughs, more catchphrases, more in-depth analysis, more highs and lows, and more Jam!
Actually due to weeks where only Raw or Nitro were on the air, the series is already past the 100 Episode... But the praise is well deserved and I agree totally!
I love this series' seeing the hidden gems of the Monday Night Wars and having a different appreciation for some wrestlers - Alex Wright for example is great and goofy, still got that WCW mid 90's goofiness - great videos, great quality, great humor, these videos definitely have the Jam
You really found yourself in the past few months. You're less "matter of fact" like a project presentation in front of a middle schools class, and more hilarious while facetiously matter of fact like at a great seminar. You kill me every week. Thanks for what you do. I hope we are helping your jokes go viral! I wish you were doing this back then! I would have loved das wunderkind or disco inferno! I actually couldn't stand them back then 😂
Jesus Christ.. that "westcoast pop" move Rey Mysterio does is one of the most unbelievable moves in the history of wrestling, and one of the many reasons he's a superstar.
My favorite channel!! So nice watching these vids. They have really given me an appreciation for Bret Hart I never had as a kid cause I just remember him being whiny. Greg stuff mate thanks.
Another awesome upload fro the greatest wrestling channel on the planet! First 99 in the bag. A milestone has been hit. Into treble figures next week. Well done and thank you for keeping us entertained, week in week out for the past 99 weeks. Always awesome, professional content! Thank you again.
I came across this channel last year. I loved wrestling back in the attitude Era. These videos take me back to my childhood every week. Keep up the great videos👍👍
How has this series reached 99 episodes already!? Ryan you have done work sir! Be proud! I look forward to the next episode every week, thank you for taking us back to our childhoods mate!
I really enjoy this series, it allows me and my 71 year old dad to relieve some of the best moments of our lives, spending time together when I was growing up. I started watching wcw in 97 so I missed a lot of the war and instead of watching every match this is the easiest way to digest. I see at least 4 TH-cam channels now copying your idea. This original series is the only way to watch it though.
Recaps of more tv matches by you are always a good thing : D laughed longer than I should have when stone cold kicked Lawlers crown please keep up the good work
I'm not even gonna front; seeing Owen take that bump at 23:52 and hearing those words, I just closed my eyes and could only shake my head. I don't say that to be dramatic but I know y'all feel me on this one. Dope to be amongst wrestling fans. I miss Owen. Wish he could've been world champ for at least one reign. Thank you for all of this, Wrestling Bios 🐐
I thought this was the first time I've ever seen Mongo actually wrestle well and not mess anything up. Wrestling isn't easy for sure, so I was kinda glad to see him put on a good show this episode.
Was it just me, or was his whole gimmick missing something.... Hey yeah, why didn't he carry Pepe around once he was a wrestler.... Seems like it should have been a given, could've been a separation/custody angle....for when Deborah goes on to manage other talent.... Book it....
I got an Eachsoul advert before this where they performed a song about The Rock and I legitimately thought it was your video for a minute and a half! LOL
My appreciation for juvi has gone through the roof watching this series, and I always look forward to Saturday Wright fever. Really enjoying the series
Absolute BRILLIANCE. Pantera pulsatin' and profilin' from the El Pantera match. Loved that. Looking forward to Cactus Jack firing up soon- a real Cowboy from Hell, that fella! Honestly feels like my mates are sitting around with me as I watch these latest batch of episodes, so good is the lively narration from you here.
Every week Hogan to me just shows more and more how he held the NWO back as much if not more than he elevated it. The best segments with the faction never feature him. Nash Hall and Savage carried it along
Probably took as a compliment. People like Brock Lesnar are called animals. SC was like an animal in this period an animal possessed on running through the whole roster.
I’m sorry to point this out, but September 15, 1997 was my ninth birthday. I remember watching bits and pieces of both nitro and RAW that day. My older brother and I had a blast
If you would've told me in 1997 i'd be watching a wrestling review show on youtube that'd have a custom intro especially for Alex Wright, i don't think i would've believed you but here we are.

This Saturday Wright Fever got me on the floor and kept me there for 3 minutes, Thank You Ryan.
Alex vist ist big bratwürst
Next week's episode of reliving the war should be great. The debut of Goldberg, Austin stuns McMahon for the first time, Cactus Jack's WWF debut and of course Ahmed Vs Rocky.
Was that the Ahmed match where he wanted to use the Michinoku driver on Rocky and ended up fighting with D'lo in the back?
Haa!
It's like a nostalgia based Wrestling moments PPV.
😄👍
Fitting the true start of the attitude era (in my opinion), would be the 100th episode.
@@drdean6186 a actual big bang
+nonamebill Pretty historic night in hindsight, huh? The War is really heating up now!
A fantastic birthday gift, a new episode of RTW! Plus I was at this Nitro. Congratulations on the success of this show!!
Hey yo! Happy birthday 🥳
You make a day that's usually a meh day a day to look forward to when watching reliving the war
Chris Kanyon was one of the most innovative, underrated wrestlers ever. Sad he's not around to help train the new wrestlers that are coming up
The man deserved far, far better than what he got after WCW closed. I'm surprised TNA never signed him at any point.
WHO BETTER THAN KANYON
I thought he was Scott Hall in a mask for a long time. Thats a huge compliment tbh
@@skyatollah2skyharder276 He did appear in TNA briefly in 2005

@@MooncricketsInc bruh you don't get to talk with a name like that
This was hilarious I was at this show Shawn Michaels was absolutely on point
You have no idea how much I look forward to this every week. I literally finish the newest episode and Im already hungry for the next episode.
The way Booker T sold the death grip was so good

The Jam has arrived Fellas
Mongo was never gonna blow us away but I feel like he definitley was improving over time here. He was selling the leg alright in that Hennig match.
Yeah, I agree. In this match(in particular) he sold the knee damage very well.
Thanks!
26:05 Hogan calling Piper (who’s a year younger than him) a fossil!😂😂😂
26:50 Shawn Michaels gives birth to the attitude era!👍👍👍
Haven’t watched Raw in years. Haven’t missed a Reliving the War since the episodes were in single digits
I love this series' seeing the hidden gems of the Monday Night Wars and having a different appreciation for some wrestlers - Alex Wright for example is great and goofy, still got that WCW mid 90's goofiness - great videos, great quality, great humor, these videos definitely have the Jam
This is such a great series. I was there watching the war live, this is so in depth and well made.
WCW didn’t fully realize that they had the future of wrestling in their cruiserweight division. Also the commercial is killer.
Kurrgan looked like he was gonna cry after LOD hit the Doomsday Device 🤣
Almost 100 episodes loved every one ❤
I don't know who the hell El Pantera is, but I love his intro music.
A couple more weeks and Austin becomes a true “General” in this War by stunning “The Boss”.
Happily for us, it's next week.
Next week episode 100 McMahon gets stunned & the debut of Goldberg
Highlight of the week. Really does relive old memories. Great nostalgia
Reliving the war 4 life .. I'm with you wrestling bios - the mini wrestlers are a good watch!!
The production of these shows is getting better each week. Hope these shows go on for a long time
disco and alex were some of my favorites back in the day and i love how much you put the over in this series

Best wrestling series on TH-cam!
I love this channel.been watching since the beginning.thank you for bringing back my teenage years.this is the years when wrestling was the best
it is time, once again to say that reliving the war is the best show in all of wrestling right now, not just TH-cam.
Cant believe ive actually followed this series this long, i remember bein happy about the 1st episode and now its at 100, mannn.
OH MY GOD IM DYING AT HBK jumping in Jim rosses face with that fukn package
You are one of the best wrestling youtubers there are. You, OSW Reviews, MarkyD123 are the greatest to do it in my not so humble opinion
Giant catching Konan in mid air from the top rope and chokeslamming him with Konan's feet never touching the ground is really impressive.
DAMN! Shamrock really got hurt. Farooq saw and had to let him end the match and take it easy on him. Ron Simmons is a stand up man
This definitely was the beginning of the attitude era.. that HBK promo
What Shawn did on raw was iconic.
"Crush your enemies...
See them driven before you...
And to hear the lamentations of the women."
-Conan the Barbarian.
Being called a hoser by a Canadian is one of the worst insults ever
Hogan (surely not remembering he's older than Piper) saying the NWO were going to put the fossils to rest is great...
Welcome to Thursday Afternoon Reliving the War. Got my notification this week. Can't wait to see this week....

So pumped for episode 100, thank you so much for all you do Ryan, to old wrestling junkies like myself you are a hero.
Every upload is a masterpiece. Well done.
You have better commentary than the actual shows keep up the great work thank you for everything you do
Owen was ice cold, man. Making fun of his bro. "An animal! An animal!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Time for another Monday night war thursday on Wrestling Bios. The night Austin stuns the King
Lmaoooo the very last clip of the teaser for the Wright vs Disco matchup had me rollin lol
The unexpected yet prefect El Pantera "Pantera" edits 😁 Keep it up!
Do you know the name of the song he cuts to in the video?

What is this Kevin Nash reference? Can't really understand what he's saying.😅👍
And neither can TH-cam. Subtitles comes up, "what my son is rhythm of steel".

One of HBK's best promos!
Love rewatching this war it was really awesome time and its still the best time in wrestling history
Both of these episodes took place on my birthday 😁
God damnit, thought I could go on and not have to get a Pantera fix but here I go (as soon as this is over though)

It's pretty telling that both Nash and Hall did crotch chops here, and DX hadn't even debuted their trademarked crotch chops. Makes you wonder...
Shawn having too much fun back in the day.
I love how the Harts feel the need to repeat "AN ANIMAL!" I guess Stone Cold really need to comprehend that. Lol
Probably took as a compliment. People like Brock Lesnar are called animals.
