@@abhishek1085 I'm from Kolkata and will soon be moving to my new home in Himachal. I'm looking for a DDR working-line GSD to accompany me, as I'll be spending a lot of time with him. Since I haven't found a reliable breeder in Bengal and I'm willing to spend around 1 lakh or more, do you recommend importing the pup from East Germany? Or are there any breeders in India who will do all the paperwork for me for some commision?
@@epictetus__ Importing would cost you around 4 lacs. Understand the concept of DDR first. I have talked about it in some of my videos. There are hardly any DDR lines left and there won't be any pure DDR lines in next 10-20 years. Before Germany was separated, they were all same lines.
@@epictetus__ And You can visit Baadshah kennel in Jaipur. They have about 22 or more working line GSDs with them. Search their name on Instagram or Facebook.
Thanks, I understand its rare as dogs from ddr line are restricted to a particular timeframe but if you read my comment properly I mentioned East Germany (formerly GDR/DDR) and many kennels there offer pure DDR pups (as pure as it gets). In India, however every rooftop breeders seem more focused on profit than on improving the breed itself which is why i asked. Anyways i will try contacting the breeder you mentioned. Thanks
