Finally I miss this ntsuam nab ntsuab (kamen rider black rx) but their some dubbed this kamen rider too with a different dubbed I still love it. But where is the one, whale mutant save black and whale mutant has die also battle hopper die too, after he became kamen rider black rx battle along with criss empire.
But now these modern day of Hmong dubbed are sound awful they dub or redub not match the voice movie, I prefer old hmong production voice actors sound match, perfect, and interesting voice actors. Anymore of Hmong dubbed of super hero like kamen rider, power rangers, and others.
I love that movie, had it in 1995
