I got my new MERMAID TAIL at finfolk and the fin is huge and the leg part is tight and a lil bit short and it's a pro

Mythic tail is not really good for rocks because the paint gets scratch. I would recommend the Aquaglitter for something more resistant in the same price range aquamermaid.com/collections/store/products/sequin-mermaid-tail

Is the tail stretchy and soft or tight?
There's a little stretch to it but not that much. The inside is pretty soft and comfy yes, but the calf part is tight (but that depends of your measurements I guess)
Hello,I'd like to know the weight of tihs mythic tail to compare with my spellbound tail of Mertailor ( wich is 14 KG) ?

Could you advise on the sizing? I think I need XS/Tall for height but my waist/hip measurements are 29-38 instead of the 27-37 according to the sizing chart. Will it be too small or is there a lot of stretch??
Usually you should size down because the mythics tends to be bigger than the actual measurements they are stating

Silicone mermaid tail are normally custom made. It will be hard to fin one for kids that is used but if you have the money to pay for a new tail I am sure designers will make one with your measurements

its best to wait until you stop growing before you get a full silicone tail. at your age you are still growing, and you will quickly grow out of a very very expensive tail!! i know you dont want to wait, i was in your position when i was young! now im 19 and the wait was worth it!!!! there are very gorgeous fabric tails out there!!!!

Hi Im a Finfun Mermaid!!! :) it is pretty heavy out of the water but you don't feel it that much in the water. I'll say it's better to practice with a fabric tail before moving on to any sort of silicone/hybrid tail. If you have and are a confident swimmer yes i would recommend it :)
It is heavy for a beginner, but lighter than a full silicone tail. Also It float than sometime it is harder to do deep or long dives according what you are looking to do.
What do you advise on sizing?
Del Mar Mermaids They have a size chart up on their website and/or fb page (i don't remember) and I strongly advise to size down if you are in between sizes
Take the extra long. It is much better to be longer than shorter.

I want to become a mermaid so I... donload the app and I put I wish I was a mermaid so I had 7 munits and my heart started beading and I got to scard I mean it was a hard choys couse, I drin a lot of water so yea uhhhhh so um I might want to be a mermaid agen so that's all I wanted to tell you be sure that that's your choise

Tracey Anderson it would kinda be silly to buy an expensive tail for your daughter if she will grow out of it in a year.
Make sure she knows how to swim in a tail safely, there is a swimming technique called the dolphin kick that is needed to swim safely. You could look for mermaid lessons in your area using the internet

This is the cheapest silicone tail ever
It's not a full silicone tail, it's a partial silicone tail so the main body is made of neoprene fabric and the shiny scales are made of some kind of resin that are individually sewn on. The only silicone parts are the side fins and the fluke.
Sadly, we can only wish that silicone tails were this cheap :')
