Thanks for this video. I've had the bullworker bow for over a year and have realised I was doing the exercises wrong. I really struggle with reading instructions and then carrying them out. I have been doing 10 seven second holds for each exercise with 2 sets, and it was taking an hour and a half + and was extremely challenging. This way is much easier and less time-consuming. This will also help me keep it up as some days I couldn't motivate myself to spend the time and effort to do it. Wish I'd found you earlier.
Glad you are figuring it out now. That protocol of 10 seven second holds is intense! Yes, this is much more convenient and easier to stay consistent with. Keep Charging!
@Bullworker thanks, I have just done another workout today. Can you confirm 2 sets are optimum for muscle growth? Yes, doing all those holds really burns. I think I will still do some sessions like that as my muscles have never been so hard. Even when not tensing. Not like when I was solely doing weight training. The bullworker is a great product.
@@waynemoss9414 Love to hear it. If you are coming from the long workouts you are used to, I recommend doing 3 sets. You can still do the sets of holds too. Another option is to try the isometric holds of 30 seconds, 12 seconds off and repeat for 5 sets (70% of max effort). Check out our library on the site. A lot more options there too. www.bullworker.com/workouts/
@Bullworker that's great thanks for that i will check them out. It's amazing how much variety and different exercises you can do with one piece of kit.
Stay tuned. Upper body is certainly our specialty but we do have some options for legs. Here are some options. Try higher resistance, slower reps, and longer holds. th-cam.com/video/EhrWyqd1lmo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=zCxrbN-3NDBByL4l

Hi guys fantastic bit of kit which works wonders but I can’t get my thighs and carves to grow whatsoever .
Is there any exercises which will hit them
Stay tuned. Upper body is certainly our specialty but we do have some options for legs.

What spring are you using
@@terencefree different ones but doesn’t seem to help any ideas
@@terencefree Not sure, I tend to use lighter springs and focus on form and mind muscle connection with intentional contraction.
