Hello, great videos, How would you setup up, for the condition to be true for a set time before you do a command? have a vaild condition for 10 minutes then send an action thanks
Hi Arturo! So sorry for the late reply, I've been out from TH-cam for some months. Answering your question, you can use that same Timer. Just double click on it, click Edit, and change the "Setup" from "Pulse" to "On Delay". And under "Duration" put 600 seconds (which is equal to 10 minutes). Let me know if that helps. If you need more instructions, please send me a message with your email at my website: www.controlshero.com
Hello, great videos!! Would you be able to make a video on configuring and calculating PI on a PID loop. Pump speed control using differential pressure, static pressure control on a fan, or cooling valve control? Custom programming. Much appreciated. Thanks!
Hi Todd, that's a good question. No, these timers just countdown when triggered. However, if you have an FAC ("Advanced FEC") or a CGM, these controllers have an internal real-time clock, which is mainly used to created schedules without the need of an NAE or supervisor device. However, if you program a schedule in these controllers (using CCT), you can connect a piece of logic to them and trigger it at a specific day and time.
Hi Lamine D. The program name is Controller Configuration Tool (CCT) and it's not open source. It is from Johnson Controls and a license purchase is required.

Antonio, yes, I'll definitely do a PID loop video soon.
Can this be used to trigger and action at an exact time instead of for a predetermined amount of time?
