Ace Combat 7 1v1: TITANxRaven vs TITANxMobius (ASF-X Shinden II 6AAM vs XFA-27 MSTM)

Mobius and I decided to do some Specials Enabled 1v1s between the Shinden and the XFA-27, which resulted in some really contested matches. Quite truthfully, the XFA-27 did much better against the Shinden than I thought it would in Specials Enabled, the MSTMs are actually quite annoying when you use them correctly. As usual, a win, loss and tie were shown in this video!

First time looking at this game and as a DCS player at first i though, oh this looks cool! A little sci-fi on the fighter design but okay let see what it's like. So 6 AAM, seems reasonable for a semi realistic experience. Nice graphics and looks like an open map, time to focus on the radar scree.... *Goddamn Dragonball Z fight commences in front of my eyes out of nowhere* O.O

Yoooo this comment made my whole night lmao glad this was an interesting first taste of Ace Combat for you. We have real-life planes as well, in addition to the fictional ones shown here. (F-16C, F-14D, F/A-18F, F-15E, F-22A, Gripen E, Rafale M, Su-35S, Su-57, Mig-29A to name a few) and as you can tell, the game is faster paced and much more arcady lol not all dogfights turn into Dragonball Z type fights, but that is a fun mechanic of the game that you can learn for fun XD
I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a faster-paced flight game with a wide variety of planes and weapons to choose from!

@@TITANxRaven_Gaming Hahah glad you enjoyed my first thoughts. Oh okay, that makes for a cool experience with both real and fantasy ones. Will probably stick with studysims, there is just that feeling of achevement reading a 400-page manual and then achiving to start the engine, take off and then manage to bomb a single truck lol. Stay healthy in these times and don't forget to call out your missile launches every 3 seconds haha.

I've thought about using rockets and sending a volly of them in some of those tight sweeping turns, but I've never tried. Missles always seem to miss, except for the QAAM.

It just feels like that. QAAM are fire and forget type missiles.

Use a Short-range Aerial Suppression Missiles (SASM) on Pilots who spam Short Turns and PSM's. Can't dodge a Missile who's main job is to be undodgeable via turning.
