No. CH in German is like Scottish/NI people saying the CH in “Loch Ness”… like “clearing phlegm at the back of the throat” kind of noise.
That sound doesn’t exist in English accents (except maybe Liverpudlian..?), so “Tookel” and “Tooshel” are both wrong, and both perfectly fine.
It’s great that you want to get it right, but demanding it of others is a bit much. Everyone here is China loves “Bei Ke Han Mu” (Beckham) and there’s no way I’m telling them to learn English just to get someone’s name right.
