So I’ve replaced the thermo overload and the relay, I’m not hearing any clicks when I turn the thermostat on, the compressor is hot the the touch but isn’t making any humming noise, all electrical parts are working properly, do you know what could be the issue? The old relay was open so that’s why I had to replace it, but it was clicking before and the compressor was humming before, then all of a sudden it stopped doing all those and I decided to replace the relay and the thermo overload.
Thank you for this video. I’ve been trying to fix this same exact fridge for three days but didn’t want to give up. The only thing is that I have measured the amps coming from the wire but I do get that clicking sound. Should I still buy an m meter to test it out? Or is it safe to say that my fridge is having the same issue?

You can usually buy the PTC and the overload both for around $10. I would just give it a try before tossing the fridge out.
