- Lt Colonel Solomon Raphadu will continue to be on the stand during the Senzo Meyiwa trial within a trial. He is another police officer who has told the High Court in Pretoria that accused number 2, Bongani Ntanzi, freely and voluntarily deposed of a confession on 19 June 2020. This is separate from the confession Ntazi allegedly made to the Magistrate Vivian Cronje.

So on the 16th ntanzi was arrested for pocession of ammunition. on the 19th he made a statement regarding the voslorus case but he was taken to court for kwanongoma murder case that day. So he didn't appear in court for this case until he met cronje 8 days later?I'm missing when he was charged for this case. eish I'm confused there but I would like to understand

He was arrested on the 16th for ammunition. 17 and 18 he was booked out but for ammunition case, Not known to where cause he confessed midnight 19th and brought back to cell 2h20 Then got charged at 2h35 for vosloras and that’s when he was booked out again 4h30 to poise lenkulu. And to appear but never appeared

How does a SAPS official override ALL senior officials at a different policing unit, police branch, cost center and with different directives, call up an officer and instruct him/her to carry out a duty without making prior arrangement with the hierarchy? If Gininda did call the EMPD officer personally, then those 2 have a prior relationship.

Many of us would have died indeed. But there are some out here thinking it's all lies! Yet we all know how it would have ended if it was them, sitting right there where those boys are sitting.
