- State witness constable Sizwe Zungu is expected back on the stand in the high court in Pretoria when the Senzo Meyiwa trial resumes tomorrow. Five men are on trial for the murder of the soccer star who was shot and killed in 2014 while at the home of Kelly Khumalo's mother in Vosloorus, east of Johannesburg. Zungu has placed all accused in the Vosloorus area during his testimony. However, Zithulele Nxumalo who represents accused number four, denies his client was with Zungu on the night of the murder.

NPA has to prove it's case beyond reasonable doubt to support the claim. It is the defense job to counteract the evidence of the NPA.

He read out a ruling identifying his role a judge overseeing a case approved by 5 judges, and then tells Mshololo that if he tells her to continue or not, then "they" will accuse him of interfering.

In 2014 I was in my mid 20s, I don't remember the people who were in the house given a discription of the second suspect. I don't remember any newspaper or article with two suspect. They was only one suspect. Which made Zamo Mbatha got arrested
