Yes, you missed the fact that you can trade your bloody token gear + a currency what you get from sparks of life weekly quest for an upgraded version 385 Ilvl. Works the same as the primal storms gear.

I made a short recently about that since so many people ask. It’s a combo of a weakaura called ultimate mouse cursor and an addon called CursorTrail. There’s a weakaura for the trail as well but the addon works much better.
Well the upgrades have different values, gloves are cheaper than cheat piece for example. You previously could get 9 sigils per week, but now you can farm them via chests you can buy in the storms fury event in the primalist tomorrow. I made a patch 10.0.5 video last week that explains that whole event.
The titan training matrix things confuse me. I’m not finding any titan training matrix 4s. Thought I needed them for crafting, but when I go to the crafting recipes I don’t even see an option to add my titan training matrix (I have lower ones) Anyways I got a crafted neck 392 and a 392 ring as well. No titan matrices required.
So the 4s I believe only drop in mythic 0 or higher, and are pretty rare. They’re an optional reagent that you can add to the blue crafted gear to increase the item level, but the higher level stuff (like that neck) doesn’t use it. Those use the sparks and primal chaos instead.

That’s interesting! While researching everything I read said “385” so I went with that. I tried to get a drop from one of them to verify but didn’t have any luck.

The standard one hasn’t moved, there’s a new one in the primalist future as well that sells a few new items.

get a cape from the vault and then get the same cape from the weekly. that about sums it up.

I am way over 390 and super rares drop mostly 382 sometimes 385 and rest of the time 369 but i had one (Un) lucky drop from super rare which was 392
