For profiling, I think it is hard to beat the Mooer Preamp but not many people or companies are making profiles for the Mooer Preamp. So for capturing/profiling ToneX is awesome and not too crazy in price. For modeling, I like the Headrush MX5. If I had to pick my top fav of all the ones I used and compared, I’d say the Headrush MX5.
Meu gosto por Ordem em relação aos timbres que achei melhor: Soldano: Mooer; Tone Ex, Matribox/Valeton, MX5 Twin: MX5, Mooer, Matribox/Valeton, Tone EX, G5n. Orange: Mooer, Tone Ex, Matribox/Valeton, G5n. Diezel: Tone Ex, G5n, Matribox/Valeton, Mooer. Tweed: MX5, Tone EX, G5n, Matribox/Valeton, Mooer. JCM800: Matribox/Valeton, MX5, G5n, Mooer, Tone Ex. JMP50: Tone EX, G5n, Matribox/Valeton, MX5, Mooer. Bogner Ecstasy: Tone EX, MX5, Matribox/Valeton, Mooer, G5n. Claro que esse é meu gosto, e achei todas as simulações de todos muito bons, porem com um detalhe aqui e ali que acabei gostando mais. Parabens pelo video
sonicake and valeton take the cake, then again the valeton zoom sounds so tinny and outdated... the only thing nice is the hardware and how u see the effects in separate windows with seperate controls the sound is yuck
I have a Digitech RP360XP, which can be configured enough for my requirements (Cubase and combo). I really like this device. The processor is more than 10 years old, but the difference from the modern Valeton is only the inability to load cabinet impulses. I was just comparing the sound with my device. I wouldn't change it for a new one. The quality of my guitar processor is much better, especially the pedal! Pure strong aluminum, reliable bolts, body - normal heavy metal, impressive, confident dimensions, brutal appearance. The device does not look like a children's toy. The line sound quality is excellent, even the acoustics can be adjusted very well. The sound on the amp is wonderful. There is a sound card, it works through Windows 10, 11, there is a USB interface. I thought maybe I could exchange it for a new one. I looked at the reviews and decided that I would not change.@@mr.wigglemunch3856
matribox sounds like a toy. Very digital and thin. There are people who like that sound, but it is very far from what the amps really sound like. Valeton has some good modeling and others not so much. I think that the profilers are the ones that give a more realistic sound, however Headrush comes very close to them and being a modeler allows you to adjust more parameters at the moment. I choose Mx5
Thanks for the comparison video. The Sonicake sounds best to me here. I'm waiting on delivery of the Sonicake.
Awesome!!! Hope it works out well for you and brings you lots of joy and inspiration.
😂😂😂
Great Comparision! Liked the Matribox best. Have the Matribox II just gotten today, am curious how good it really sounds!
Awesome on the Matribox II. If you get a chance, let me know what you think.
Orange AD30HTC is available on the Headrush
Thanks, good to know but I was looking for a Rockerverb 100, which I don't see on the MX5.
Which one did you like best? Thanks for sharing this comparison!

Sonicake ? 🤮
It is impossible to compare objectively. Some things are better somewhere, some things are worse. A matter of taste and price...
Its an indication, you have to start somewhere
