In this video I am demonstrating the Tama HP200PTW Iron Cobra 200 Double Bass Pedal. It is designed with the same concepts as the top-of-the-line Iron Cobra 900. You can get the performance you are looking for at a great price.
The pedal comes with TAMA's Spring Tight pedal spring adjustment which keeps the spring tension locked in place. TAMA's single chain Power Glide Cam gives the pedal a very smooth feeling with good power and speed. The beater has a plastic side, as well as a felt side, so you can adjust your sound to the music you are playing. The pedal responds well when playing lightly or with a lot of power.

I've had the 900 Power Glides for 5+ years now. I got the 200's for a practice pedal. But, besides a few obvious advantages of a more expensive pedal, the 200's are the smoothest and best pedals for the money on the market - just like the 900's are. Highly, highly recommended. If you have any doubts you can lose them right now, as both of these pedals are truly fantastic!!!
i was just wondering if they're good at high speeds. Ive been wanting to get one for a long time, but the price gap from a single chain and a double is so large.
@@DannyGz99 I've seen people do 220 + on the single chain. Both are great. The 600's might be a good, cheaper alternative but still very heavy duty...Best of luck!:)

I was gonna get this, for $280 but I found a 2nd-hand 900-series Rolling Glide that goes for the same price. So contacted the seller, and got that instead lol.
And I'm a complete newb ! 2nd week into drumming, i bought a double pedal. Well dayum..
