Sad to see the old building going Jono but rebuilt and it will a wonderful home once more ! Shame some of the listed buildings serving no purpose in the UK don’t see the same fate Best regards Simon 🤠👍
Yes it was sad to see it go, but yes it will hopefully become a nice home in the future. Yes I agree, if buildings aren’t maintained or used they should come down. It’s a shame some historic buildings aren’t maintained better though. Cheers Simon. Have a great weekend mate 😊🙏🏼👍🏼
Yes it was gone in a couple of hours. I like old buildings too. I’ve been coming to this one for 18 years. It’s sad to see it go, but it had been left too long to repair. Thanks very much 😊👍🏼
As a Greek Australian a lot of the houses in Greece are ugly the typical concrete Lego style a English Cottage style would look Magic, Good Luck on any new house.
Yes I’ve seen a lot like that. Maybe that’s partly due to cost and earthquake resistance. However, there are many nice looking buildings made of stone here (although often its stone cladding). Yes an English cottage would look amazing up in the mountains 🏔️ Many thanks and all the best to you 🇬🇷 🇦🇺 🏴
Cannot wait to see a ration review from the new place! Exciting content on the way! What a view! Are there Greek rations? I've never seen one for sale. I'm gonna check youtube now, heck, maybe you did one and I just forgot! Take care!
Thanks my friend. It’ll take time, but it should be worth it. There have been Greek rations in the past, but these days I don’t think they make any. The last ones were 2017/2018. I think because the Greek military aren’t deployed anywhere internationally and they have main kitchens on base, there’s no need for one. I am looking into it though. Perhaps I can make one based on previous rations/whats available now on base. Thanks my friend, you too! 😊👍🏼
I have so many memories of this house...
I’m sure you are sad to see it go my friend. 🙏🏼😔

I like old buildings, it's sad to see it gone but nothing lasts forever I suppose.
Best of luck with it all.
