These are the kind of match ups that got me into fighting games. Watching character specialists just flex on each other is a treat to watch
Rachel and especially Nine single-handedly reduced playerbase of BlazGlue by 120%. Izanami killed off everyone who was left though

As a Rachel player, I would rather fly away and zone the shit out of Nine than be stuck blocking her strings 24/7. As for the air super, it’s to recover 2 wind stocks.
This felt like in Dragonball where some characters just weren't powerful enough to follow a fight.

Tux here, this was a funny coincidence on my birthday. This set was super fun to play and I hope people liked it despite the toxic ass characters! I was also quite hungover that weekend which is why I was even more pale than usual 😵

7:53 cap, CT Rachel to CS Rachel was one of the most violent nerfs in fighting game history. She went from top 1 to bottom 1.
Nine has such cool mechanics ( teleporting and spellcasting), while being such a hot witch.
The best part about watching a real good match of bb is that even a game like rachel vs nine sounds real boring on paper but then you get real good matches like these ones
There is no boring BB match; every character has very unique tools so the interactions are always interesting.

@@curlydolltv Yes. If you choose, say, a yellow color, her crests will be yellow (or orange, I forget because I don't use that color), and then you pick a stage that it blends with. There a several you can do that with. Honestly, though, default or blue crests already work fine with blending in to old gate, which is a netplay stage anyhow. I'm mostly memeing when I say I do it, but it is pretty funny and works very well. Most people have not been aware of, or at least don't think about that tech, but it has been used in tournaments for years.
It's just classic ASW where they think something limited by any condition needs to be hella juiced. Nine Kunzite and DP are fine because she has to build spells :) Izayoi is fine because she has to build stocks :) HC auto-aim into corner carry into wallbreak is fine because he has to hit you with a bouncy ball :)

It takes quite the brain to understand the mechanics of this game. As well as create it. People have no clue the power of the mind.

BBCF is easily one of the most fun games to watch. I wish console would get the rollback update so I could get my hands on it
It will never happen, but console rollback + crossplay would be a great sendoff to this game.

While it's maybe not much consolation, the game is very easy on your pc, so it should run on even the most potato-like setups. Have a small laptop without a dedicated video card and it still runs great on it.
Look at me in shambles watching BlazBlue footage because no SF6 beta. Re installing BB as we speak. I'm 100% a BlazBlue guy now. Jiyuna was right all along. BlazBlue is the GOAT. Jiyuna was right about everything.

Question: why is color advantage “funny haha” in this game but if you camouflage a move in similar way in another game, such as SFV, its a serious issue and rulebreaking?
Stages are banned, but most colors/costumes aren’t.

Yeah, DNF characters are tame compared to other anime games. But since there's no movement/defense in DNF they are stronger.
