@@cottoneyejoe5142 I was not a chronic smoker, I used to smoke occasionally. But I don't do that either. I started doing yoga (breathing exercises and Pranayam) regularly for 6months and I could observe the changes in me. also avoided overconsuming items like butter, ice-cream, cold drinks etc. Regular morning running at least for 20mins.
I have a problem I have seen diffrent doctors what ever medicine thy gave me is not working I want to try home remedies my problem is after I eat food I have loose motion what can I do if I have to go out I dont have to eat any thing pls tell me some thing
Why Tuna is included? I've been suffering acute bronchitis for 3 weeks and my doctor told me to avoid eating fishy foods and he includes chicken which is my most favorite😢(Goodbye KFC, Mang Inasal😂), Bagoong(kaway-kaway jan mga noypi) and Egg😢, but i'm glad he didn't include chili 🌶 which is my best food enhancer😂
You are so silly....the entire whole puts honey in their tea (herbal hot water). It's ok, you can come out from under your rock. Welcome to your new earth, where honey and hot water go together well
+franzevna I was considering you to be a troll from your original post. Do you deny that most of the civilized world uses honey in hot tea? There are supposed health benefits from dumping honey in warm water so that it dilutes a bit and you can coat your throat thoroughly. This helps with sore throats obviously. I'm also seeing info about being helpful in detoxification of blackened (smokers) lungs. .....are you ok? Are you seeing things and hearing things that aren't really there?
Thanks for sharing...

Maybe it interferes with any previous medications. You know how they say don't take grape fruit with pills.

+Drew Dizzi modern science and Ayurveda are at the same page in this question. These authorities mean to me a lot. "Do not heat honey!"
