By the way for anyone unaware: The healing at x2 works a little interestingly. How the healing actually works is that every second the weapon is readied (can't be holstered) you build up 5HP of healing and every 7 seconds it bursts healing a maximum of 35HP per 7 seconds. The one thing a lot of people miss on this though is that you don't have to wait every 7 seconds for the heal. When you stow the weapon it'll give you that burst of healing depending on how much healing you built up. So if you had the weapon up for say 9 seconds then swapped, you would get 35HP at 7 seconds and then 10HP when stowed. Similarly, if you only had it out for 3 seconds and stow it, you'll heal 15HP immediately. It's not a ton when paired with Heal Clip on the solar pulse for example, that's a lot of little heals that work with each other in a pretty big way.
@@gokkiyoutube the way I see it is it's something added just to neutralize any dmg that might have broke though whatever survivability tool you use. Or for buffs that are purely dmg resist such as frost armor or woven mail, then it gives you some passive healing when you would have none

@@Lorentz_Driver seeing I'm in thr .010% of the player base, there is no skill issue on my part as I'm not vern that even uses noob perks like Frenzy. Because on unskilled use/rely on that perk to begin with.

why does everyone here think this perk is that strong, or even op? "it's a better frenzy" I disagree. frenzy maxes reload and handling, while this provides an extra 20% of damage. weapons with frenzy are basically allowed an extra perk while weapons with chaos reshaped are pretty much forced to use some kind of reload perk to be playable. you need to be in combat for 24 seconds and if it lasts just as long as frenzy, falls off after 7 seconds of not being in combat, so you will frequently see this perk deactivating shortly after, or even before getting to x2. but the main problem is this: on top of rarely actually being able to make use of the full 35% buff, it isn't enough to make legendary primaries compete with exotic options. you will never see anyone use this, seriously, in a pve scenario if we're talking about optimal play. the one weapon I could maybe see being decent with it is the pulse, because it's solar and pulses got big buffs on tfs launch, but I don't know how good the numbers on the two burst frame are. I'm assuming it's still cope.
To me, this perk seems useless for most people. Assuming you’re at all competent, and you’re playing less than master level content, this perk will almost never activate. Maybe you’ll get one stack but if that’s the case I’d say the handling and reload benefits of frenzy outweigh the 5% extra damage from this perk. Now in master and above content absolutely this perk is peak but most content in the game isn’t that and even then most players aren’t playing that consistently anyway.
in most gms this is probably even worse than in base level content. strikes usually have combat sections and then some traversal, and then rinse repeat. if you manage to get this perk to x2, you're most likely about to leave combat again. that paired with the fact that having a good weapon to kill ads is more important in gms, which means you most likely want to use an exotic primary over any chaos reshaped weapon because they're better anyway, and nobody wants to wait 24 fucking seconds for your gun to become useable.
@@SolaceV9 I think it would work for things like gms if you aren’t using rocket cenotaph, but outside of that and raids I’d say this is useless and getting way overhyped.
