Do you not make cheese with your skim? It’s still very cheese usable! Cheese is made of the protein not the cream so you can get multiple products from it even more than you do now! But I am betting you know this! :) Never hurts to mention :) Love watching!

That breathing pattern and the benefits are also seen when a child is crying and at the end they set there and breath really fast and like gasp for air. This causes the same benefits for a calming effect. Hugs and Prayers ya'll

I wonder about health issues all the time too...read, read, read, try this, try that ...from what I have read, polar dipping, or simply doing a COLD water final rinse in the shower shocks your body in such a way that your mitochondria hits a "reset button" for survival reasons. Way cool...
