Cotton sateen for your sister’s skirt? Or a linen/viscose blend to give the thickness of linen but the drape of viscose? Maybe viscose content would reduce wrinkliness?

How about Linen /cotton or Linen/tencel because the blends dont crease as much as pure linen.
