    Hi coach, big fan of your work. Is there a bigger risk of getting pancaked with your head so far across to the far hip and the same side knee down?

    Is it not dangerous to shoot your head towards the power side? I get flashbacks to Derrick Lewis vs Curtis blaydes every time I think to shoot a takedown with my head like that

    I like this but I don’t put my knees just becuz in the street it hurts the knee
