Decided to make a journey video right from the start to now. The first clip was taken 3 years ago. I was terrified of jumping crosspoles, anything above 70cm made me want to cry. As time passed I grew more confident. I would not be who I am today if it were not for Becki, she practically taught me to ride. And of course without these amazing ponies I’d be no one. They’ve all taught me so much and I can’t thank them enough for that. And thank you to all of you for your support over the years. Even to the haters, thank you, your hate makes me stronger.

I know this video is really old and no one will probably read this, but this video truly inspires me. I'm almost 15 and I've never learnt to ride a horse, yet I've always felt this love and connection with them. Every time I drive past a horse, or even faintly smell the scent of horses, i get a smile on my face. I've been begging my parents for lessons my whole life but of course time and money always weighed me down. We're finally at the point where we can afford to get me lessons 3 or 4 times a month but my parents are still convinced this is just some kind of "pony phase." I've educated myself so much on the equine world. I can name and identify so many horse breeds, I know how to pick a horse's hooves and how to groom them. I know names of all the tack. I know so much for someone who has never ridden. My goal in life to to one day live on a farm with 2 or more horses among other animals. Watching this video motivates me to show my parents that this is what I want. I'm starting to make my own money for lessons, and I'm starting to help out a lot more around the house to show that I'm responsible. Now it just feels like the waiting game... Thank you for making this video
Holographic Rainbows it inspired me since march 2016 and everytime i come back and search for coments like yours and try to find the motivation for my riding. I hope you will get the possibility to take more lessons. But always remember, its a progress with ups and downs. Even when you feel like you'll never become better and just stuck while everybody is in progress... just remember it's a part of getting the rider you will become. It's always worth it🤗

Mckenna Cristine I was able to pay for my own horse & all his livery/farriery etc at 18 earning only £4-£600 a month on a minimum wage job part time. I’m 19 now in a much better job which has made it a lot easier. My point is if you are passionate, there will be a day that comes that you can follow that passion fully, whether that’s next week, next year, in 5 years - you damn well can do it ♥️

I swear Nero was born to be a pegasus, not just a pony. The way he soars over all sizes and types of jumps, and even just in the way he moves when he canters or especially when he gallops just truly makes me believe that pony would rather fly than stay on the ground.
Regardless, he is most definitely my favorite pony on TH-cam.

My sister needs to see this! She is having such a hard time with her intermediate show riding type and has come to the conclusion she wants to sell him. She has waited and tried not to as she didn’t want to give up on him. Omg I am in tears!

I know this is an old video and ive seen many videos with this audio but this one is truly inspiring 3 years ago i started jumping and boy has it been tough for a year i was at a barn with a rude trainer that would pic favorites and i was not one of them she wouldnt let me ride any horse other than a pony that was 29 and i was jumping 2ft on him i loved him sure but i knew this was wrong so after a year i switched to my current trainer and i started out ring a clydestale cross that was a dream she tought me so much i leased her until november 2018 and started leasing my pony i definitly could say i found my heart horse she is my life no one else rides her as she is such a difficult and naughty pony my trainer wants me to buy her and i do too but my parents dont want to as they have not had the best history with buying horses my older sister likes to remind me how tshe isnt my own and that my trainer could sell her anytime but i will never let that happen she has helped me with my depression and she is the best thing to happen to me ever i would die without her i will never give up till i can call her my own qnd thats a promise

Everybody says cobs can’t jump, but they can. My cob jumps 1.1 and is aiming to go higher. Keep going Kate with your other horses. I think you should buy another cob xx
You are honestly the best rider on TH-cam Kate. You started 3 years ago.. 3 years.. In that time a lot of people including me are still doing small courses.. Your jumping at POYS.. Your incredible. You have so much bravery and confidence and I wish I had that in my riding. Carry on girl can't wait to see where you are in another 3 years, woah. X
Never sell Nero!!! You are made for that horse. He doesn't look like the easiest horse to ride, but you always look so calm and you really bring the best out of him. I'm so jealous. He's my favorite horse on youtube and you are the perfect person to have him! He looks like he literally takes flight for a second when you soar over a jump. I've never seen a horse that small jump the way he does..he's one of a kind.
I don’t care how long ago this was posted , this really has inspired me. , I constantly feel I’m not getting anywhere but I come and watch Kate and think , one day if I keep going I can become something half as good as her and I will be happy ❤️

Omg this is so inspiring I'm almost in tears I've finally got my own horse after 12 years of riding it's my big chance to do everything I've dreamed of! I'm loving every second I get to spend with him I hope our bond becomes as strong as yours and we become as successful as you one day! there as so many competitions coming up soon and the cross country is opening finally! I know sometimes it's really hard to stay positive.
But always remember, its a progress with ups and downs. Even when you feel like you'll never become better and just stuck while eveybody is in getting better... just remember... it's a part of getting the rider you will become.
This video was one of my main inspirations to go become a working student for a 4* eventer after college--- one of the best decisions I've ever made. Thank you so much for making it and please never take it down because I still watch it all the time haha
Your story always gives me so much hope, I only stopped riding in riding schools this year (god am I glad I did stop) and if I can get half as far in a few years as you did I will be endlessly happy :) it's amazing to see how hard all your ponies try for you all the time and to see the amazing results you get from them and the passion and love you have for them and the sport. Kate keep up the good effort. I want to be like you I'm 9 and I jump 80s courses but I fall but I try harder and harder until I get it your amazing 😉 I didn't think 80s courses were big I thought I was against 6yrs olds but I'm against 13 yrs old so I noticed I can do it. this video was ages ago but i am going to show my friends that dont have horses in their lives that this is why we do what we do this is why we get up at stupid o clock to muck out stables and this is why we scrub buckets loads and dont go away from home loads because horses are the best thing that ever happened to me and clearing that fence or perfecting that dressage test or galloping down that beach or that field is the best experience i and many ither riders could ever ask for im so happy im not the only one who there life has to have horses or they feel they have no other meaning in life, thankyou
