Thanks for the honest review but pani puri ka asli maja ke liye come to NE India jaha pani banane ke liye jo bhi incredients chehiye vo asli hote hei. I had pani puri in Delhi, very bad experience. The pani taste was very weird, the worst I have ever tasted.

My observations
What you tasted like Vada pav, pav bajji, Gobi, Chicken roll, Pani puri .....all are not at all authentic Bangalore dishes.
Masala Dose, Uddina vade, Raagi mudde, Uppittu, Bisi bele bath, Puliyogate, Nati style non veg .....all are real Bangalore dishes you could have tried, you might not have liked it also but, coming all the way you could have ventured it.
You people try them when you visit Mumbai or Kolkata, which will not taste original.
I liked Zingwi brothers Bangalore 's real original food joint explorer. It looks they do lot of home work before visiting a place.
