It's not that all people like to stay in such apartments. It's that people don't have any choice. An simple 3 bhk apartment alone can cost crores of rupees. So a middle class salaried person simply cannot afford to buy a house which can cost multiple crores.
Although these apartments offer some good amenities & security but lacks space. They are only suitable for nuclear families with 3/4 family members at max.

It is NIKKOO HOMES and not NUKKU HOMES., situated in Bharatiya City, which is a mixed use facility. It has huge offices, Bharatiya City Mall along with Nikkoo Homes. The name if the area itself indicates what is there like - Electronic city, ITPL, etc. More apartments now a days to accomdate outsiders who finds and prefer to work here than any other city in India. Bengaluru is Silicon city of India. Out skirts of Bengaluru which were villages have become IT hub and apartments have come up there.
