You shouldn't turn right on a left lane or go straight from a right lane in this instance, this is why theres so many incidents (I don't call them accidents as there's generally some fault caused by one driver or both 😂)
Such one size fits all doesn't work (unless you work for a tarmac firm). A lot of big roundabouts are on bypasses and the town is one one side or the other so most of the traffic will want to turn left in one instance or right in the other.

Driver should have known that and was absolutely at fault. Thing is, when I was learning to ride a motorbike I had it drummed in to me to assume everyone was out to kill me. I think it's a sensible approach to take as a pedestrian and a cyclist as well: just because the rules favour you doesn't mean it's safe to assume everyone knows that. Right and wrong doesn't mean that much when you've been turned into a puddle on the road. Assume they're all out to get you and you'll be safer. Glad the pedestrian wasn't seriously injured in this. Could have been much nastier.
The car driver did not hit the scooter, so he did afford priority to it. Scooter rider had his own accident, without including anyone else. He decided to go on a red, and came unstuck. The crossing lights are there to make it safer for people like him, chose to take the risk. Failed.

I think 3:10 was stolen.
Wrong side of the road. Surprised that works!!
6:04 55-year-old vehicle, limited pulling away power, crunchy gearbox... How about appreciating that it's still running, in beautiful condition, and giving it space rather than shouting at it?
Yeh next time I get brake checked at a green light I’ll just appreciate the craftsmanship of the car.
@@Steven-qi4gm I don't think they brake checked, more likely lost.
@@723matthew07 I’m not saying they did it deliberately but the action was still the same.
You don’t just slam on at a green light to figure out where you need to be, if confused pull over and do it at a safe location that doesn’t hold up others.
9:50
James R would have just driven across SLOW painted on the road and then passes a sign showing an up coming junction.
Now the other cars at fault but, James is a total toss pot for blasting down that road with no care at all.
If he was casually crusing down that road, he would have still hit the prat in the yaris. worst pullout of a junction of the year I think
it’s insane how I can be going only 45-50, letting off the accelerator moments before, and having 0 time to react, and I still get called a toss pot because there is a ‘SLOW’ mark for the OTHER side of the road 😂😭 these armchair yt comments man, yeah let’s do 30 in a 60
6:39, Swindon. Akers Way, Pinehurst area.
I have to admit I really love the clips involving Mr and Mrs UndercoverCopCar. I often cheer when I see them crop up.
7:51 in my opinion for a 3 lane roundabout it should be left lane left (where applicable) or straight ONLY, centre lane either straight or right and right lane right ONLY or if its 2 lane roundabout, one lane, one turn if you understand where I am coming from.
That's what the HWC code says about using roundabout.
@@Thecommentator-hc1fz yet so many get it wrong in that case 😂
@@Thecommentator-hc1fz I thought they meant that the exceptions, such as all 3 lanes turn right when marked on the road, shouldn't exist.
0:28 Not a pedestrian but a fool nonetheless.
I believe they’re in the same class as pedestrians
@@Kieran.Robertson In the same way a car and a plane are in the 'mode of transport' class.
@@resnonverba137 They’re allowed to use the same spaces as pedestrians…
@@Kieran.Robertson I think the point here eludes you. Goodbye.
Garlic Bread at 1:48 , he clearly just needed a shit
2:23 It seems in some cars the wiring is wrong with the drivers.
Safe to go: wait.
Safe to go: wait.
Oncoming traffic: go, go, go (but dawdle in the most optimum way to cause problems)
It's the Honda Jazz, lunch bunch fraternity . As soon as you think about buying one, your speed and distance perception diminishes to more or less zero.
@@mattclarke6773 Don't forget the most important one - losing the ability to drive any faster than 45mph on any road, including 70mph dual carriageways, regardless of the conditions.
0:30 I don't know who demonstrated the worse awareness there but here's a thing: pedestrians always have the right of way on pedestrian crossings no matter what the lights say.
Failed.
@@nigelcox1451 Yeah, but you do understand that the literal highway code says that pedestrians have priority, regardless of the colour of the lights for traffic, right? That's why it's the driver's fault even though the guy on the motability scooter was being an idiot.
Wrong.
first clip. Got to love a bit of Lindsey Stirling music
9:39 - no tax & MOT and the van is company branded, worth an email/reporting?
1:42 Whoever writes the comment and Hubert W should know that the single dashed line at a mini roundabout means give way to traffic circulating on the roundabout NOT give way to the right. The black car was on the roundabout first, so has priority. Its double dashed lines at a roundabout that mean 'give way to the right'.
See more of Silver Fox’s antics in the previous upload 😆
I ride a cruiser and have to say rev bombing your motorbike when cut off does nothing at all. Ridiculous thing to do.
8:58 - CBT rider on little 125cc bike rev bombing the HGV is hilariously cute!
And pathetic, little man
Sounds a little deep to be a 125? Looks like an MT07
@@anthonylwalker definitely an older mt-125 with that speedo. The full mt07 has a better instrument cluster. Definitely not a "big bike"
You might be hearing an after market exhaust.
5:12 can we reserve "head on smash" for cars travelling at over 2mph? That would have been a light fondling of bumpers if anything.
0:25 crossing light on RED, looks left - sees car approaching, decides it’s a good way of making some insurance money, off he goes into the front of the bonnet. What a foolish being.
At 4:20, I’m surprised that Rodney’s 2021 Ford Focus ST had such poor brakes. How’s a hot hatch supposed to stop quickly??
Butterfingers skateboarder was in the grounds of Belfast City Hospital. Almost became a patient himself.
7:52 dont see enough to answer that question. Did she go straight on or right after the video cuts off. Was the other car coming out of the same junction or already on the roundabout? What do the signs and road markings say before the video starts?
1:08 honking at that truck? Please give those drivers some space. Imagine how stressful it must be to drive around in heavy traffic. I always try to give them as much space as possible here in the city when they have to make turns etc. I try to thinking how it would feel if I was the trucker and people gave me a break.
5:28 - it took me a few minutes to work out nwhat was wrong with the road arrows here - you were both in the wrong lane.
@1:08 had plenty of time to slow down but didn't - another cammer looking for their little bit of fame - idiot
They did slow down incase you didn’t watch or use ur eye properly
@@alexsmith7354Absolute non event though. I might just submit one of me reversing from my drive, about the same relevance as that clip. "Ooh a car"
No Tandy was expecting the HGV to wait which is what it should have done.
Just one question from me…. Wtf is the guy in the first clip listening to? Pirates of the Caribbean end credits?
Why do people feel the need to stop over the line at lights? Or even keep creeping forward over the line?
Doesn't make them change any faster.
6:21 I travel for work and I'm seeing this happen more and more recently.
The van driver was using all the road with everyone over in lane 2. Granted the van driver was a tad fast and but what made it worse was the lack of appropriate following distance from the cammer
Hubert definitely looking for content
1:40 - Hubert W: He was on the roundabout first. Give way to him. Also, even had the other car been at fault, don't accelerate towards them.
Ironically SilverFox your in the wrong lane as well to go straight over
Nice to see the police actually trying to stop the awful drivers 👍
A lot of these on here just need better forward observation and awareness of their surroundings. People need to get rid of this "got to get there yesterday at any cost" and "got to get in front" mentality. They will do anything just to save a few precious seconds. One day those seconds will be the difference between going home that day and not going home at all.
2:00 that was fkin mental!
There are more idiots on the road than there ever was.
4:00 should wind your window down and say bonjour bienvenue en france 🤣

Old person decimates another old person. I'm surprised it wasn't a Honda Jazz 😂
Wtf @ 2:00. They're doing about 60 in a 20...
Racing away from the police, who follow after
5:37 Silver Fox is honking at the guy driving straight from the left turn only lane. Then he drives straight. From the left turn only lane.
When I started driving my dad said always presume that other drivers are idiots or about to do something stupid.9 times out of 10 they are or do
1.30 Not surprised stop line not really clear but obviously missed first stop light, usually down to night blindness or glaucoma setting in as really bad periphial vision here.

10:14 That looked very nasty. Hope everyone walked away from it. 🤞
8:57 Motorcyle is approaching the give way line at a roundabout. The lorry ahead is crossing its give way line (clear at 8:59). Law: give way to traffic on the roundabout. Why did _Anonym arse_ not give give at the give way line?
5:15 Its only a matter of time until David has a crash doing speed like that on country roads, disgraceful driving, people like him are exactly why country roads can be so dangerous

There's an epidemic of "stupid and reckless" in the UK at the moment...
I think it's because cars in the last 10 years are too responsive you forget you're even driving a machine
Quick tip for everyone watching.
If you can, zoom in ever so slightly & you don’t have to read the comments at the top of the screen. 👍
I can see the problem lorries have, slow to move away from a standing start, but a lot of the time it's clear when they start to leave a junction and then a car enters the roundabout at 40mph and the lorry is half way out. I also get that some lorry drivers pull out even when they can see there's a car coming because they know the car will be forced to slow down.
