Great idea - the side trails - that may take longer than the Bruce Trail but I'm sure there are some incredible sights to see. Right now I'm hiking the Grand Valley trail which is nothing like the Bruce but a cool journey down the length of the Grand River to Lake Erie.
@@karenbergmann209 Yes - I have a series starting right after the Bruce Trail series ends - an end to end of the Avon Trail which is a rural country walk across Ontario from Conestogo to St.Mary's and through Stratford (The Grand River to the Thames River), then sometime after that the Grand Valley trail series which I am working on (but first I have to hike the trail!) Is this the first time you’ve hikes the entire Bruce Trail? Now you can go back and hike the side trails.
