HAve yoe expereicned or know of a problem where the report does not display in presentatio mde. The screen where Power BI is remains white or it can crash Power BI. Normal edit mode is OK
Hi Mark, I haven't seen or heard of such an error before. Are you using specific visuals in the presentation? Also, strange that power bi crashes since the application is powerpoint. Can you see any error messages? How about opening the "event viewer" in windows, does that show anything specific?
Hi Kristina, is there any more information in the message? Like an error code or something like that? I'm on a 2 week vacation now but will check the PowerPoint add-in after to see if I can reproduce
I have no issues with the report myself but others are. She has installed the add in the visual won’t show and when she clicks more info that is when the Webview 2 prompt to install comes up

Some of my employees are seeing a web 2 messages have you come across this error before
