I thoroughly agree with wishing this was larger interiorly. I have had mine a few days. The concept is excellent; just needs more height and length in Top and Bottom ovens.

I just got my Ninja 2 days ago and last night I made brownies and the top oven and they came out beautiful, and I made the product Innovation sesame chicken I bake the chicken at the allotted time and then I added the sauce for an additional 5 minutes. I must say I'm absolutely loving my ninja

Thank you, Darnell! This one is what my parents wanted but I warned them about the drip tray not featured in the upper oven. Will buy through your store if they give me the thumbs up or the Gourmia French Door cooker. Appreciate your thoroughness!

You can use the botton crumb tray for the top. Or just order another tray

Watching your review now and can I just say I LOVE this damn thing!!! It's lightweight so it is coming with me in my camper, but it's great because it is so diverse. Dehydrating food right now for my trip!

Thank you for your reviews, they are very helpful.
I don''t own this oven, but I do believe the user guide mentions the crumb tray needs to be used in the upper oven every time the oven is in use.
I did not understand why they'd send only one crumb tray until you mentioned the lower oven doesn't have any heat elements exposed (since it always uses the convection fan with hidden heating elements).

Page 2 of the Ninja Double Oven User Manual says:
      "...
IMPORTANT: Place crumb tray below lower heating elements in the Top Oven or at the very bottom
of the Bottom Oven. DO NOT slide into any rack positions.
      ..."
For the price, Ninka should provide a crumb tray for both ovens standard out the box The lower oven having no heating elements does not mean we want things cooked to the bottom of the lower oven. Crumb trays are removable for easier cleaning Also, larger dripping items are usually going into the bottom and need it to ease cleanup of drippings.
      Ninja .came up short.

@@WaveOvenRecipes -- Like I said, I do not own this oven, and I totally and completely agree with you that it was cheap of them to send only one crumb tray, they should have sent one for each oven.
And I understand that the online version of their user guide may differ from the printed version you have (that's what happened to the Ninja product I just got). However this is from the online user guide for this oven, page 2:
      «E Removable Crumb Tray
      (already installed in unit)
Must remain installed when the top oven is in use. Also able to use in the bottom oven. Hand-wash only.»
«IMPORTANT: Place crumb tray below lower heating elements in the Top Oven or at the very bottom of the Bottom Oven. DO NOT slide into any rack positions.»
I just figured I could point that out so you don't have too much trouble cleaning the upper oven (which is harder).
In any case, I have watched a bunch of your reviews precisely to help me choose which cooker I would get, your reviews were very helpful to me, and I ended up with the Ninja DT251 Foodi 10-in-1 Smart XL Air Fry Oven, which I think will better suit my needs.
It has just arrived yesterday, I am so far very happy with it, hopefully it will last a long time.
Thank you again for the reviews!

A double oven is a bad idea there are all kinds of problems they never cook evenly and they cost more money and don’t really give you double oven you would be better off to buy stackable oven a stackable oven you can buy One oven at a time and you can stack as many as you want whether you want two of them or six of them and each oven will cook the same a good stackable oven will run about $125 but they have deals where if you buy two you can pay $199 the two stackable ovens might be 4 inches taller than that compact one but you can use them so much easier and it’s still less money and each oven will work better than either of the ovens in the double oven it is so much smarter to buy stackable ovens if you need more than one ninja obviously isn’t a very smart company if they haven’t figured that out But I guess ninja is one of those companies that is designed for people that don’t know any better but like the name brand thanks very much for your video I enjoyed it and you did a great job

My oven makes very loud fan noise after it turned off. I can’t find anyone mentioned it. Wondering if mine is defective

I have to ask if you could check something out for me. I just bought the Smart Double Oven with Flex Door. Today I received the 2" 12x12 baking pan which I love already. What I want to know is .... will the SearPlate that came with the Dual Heat Flip fit in this new Double?

@@WaveOvenRecipes Thank you for the link. I previously had the SmartXL Pro Air Fry Oven. It is now boxed up in StandBy. What I am trying to find out is if the SearPlate that came with the Dual Heat 15m1 Oven will fit inside the Double Flex Door. I know the 12x12 Baking Casserole pan will.

You will need to use the measurements in the video to compare.
