I love how this was literally one day of "Oh my god it's so pretty" and then 99 straight days of *"LOOK HOW THEY MASSACRED MY TORCHES"*

LTN has kept it vanilla enough for most people to replicate them. So currently the odds aren't too great.

it's because he'd need more than just vanilla minecraft for it. why? well, yeah he could set the only biome to ocean but the issue with that is it doesn't actually make it only ocean, it just makes the biome ocean. idk why that's just how it is for some reason

@@wassupbros4629 rtx in minecraft bedrock only works with certain texture packs, this is one of them. Turning off the texture pack disables rtx.

I know the purpose of these 100 Days videos is to be able to be easily replicated by the viewer, but I’d still love to watch Luke do a 100 Days: Twilight Forest or 100 Days: Ore Spawn; his commentary alone would be exceptionally notable!

No you don't trust me it's horrible, I tried it, only food option is wheat, wardens spawn everwhere, only safe place is water.

I’ve seen several other creators do that but I’ve not seen anyone attempt it on Bedrock. With Bedrock’s spawning mechanics it would be more challenging.
- Attempting a deep dark only world plus RTX on Bedrock would be even more difficult. But unfortunately wouldn’t be that great to watch due to how incredibly dark it would be constantly.

I hate people who say this but: I can’t like it’s at 69
Just to tell you Luke, as someone who plays bedrock. The nether always loads slow and there's quite a few glitches when loading in. Sometimes you'll load in, but your screen will still be loading and you'll take damage even though you're still on the loading screen. It's pretty annoying like darkness on RTX.
This gives me gmod and source filmmaker vibes from the amount of missing textures

May I suggest 100 days in a snowy only biome world? the strays, polar bears and powdered snow make it crazy hard to survive for long

@@ianrobinne7210 He did do 100 days in badlands only as well as the neather and the end. I agree Snowy type biomes only would be really unique due to the mobs and structures that are exclusive to them.
100 days in Minecraft would be a fine title as well.

Video idea for you LTN: do a 100 days in every major title update. You can see how much you can improve in 100 days in every update. You did 1.0 in old Minecraft, now do 1.1, 1.2 and so on. NOTABLE IDEA
This is great but then we have one for the bee update and the world of color updates. Maybe every five updates or every three cause there is almost no playable differences between some of these.

A thing I learned the hard (frustrating) way is that in bedrock edition classic mob farms you shouldn't cut corners; fill them in (on the exterior), because otherwise light bugs through. Also, slabs and stairs do let light through, so don't make a mob farm out of them.

There is a texture pack called," Vanilla RTX Normals" that looks pretty nice. I think it would be a good replacement for the glitchy one you have. The lights work better too.
Well, it's too late for that now... But I guess it's useful, but I don't think anyone would play Bedrock willingly.
Edit: My apologies if I offended anyone who likes Bedrock, but remember it's just my opinion, you can like it, but Bedrock does have problems. Which is why I prefer Java to Bedrock.

As a bedrock player I can confirm the nether is scarier than Java and wither skeletons need a chill pill
25:29 PSA for those thinking about playing in Bedrock. Hostile mobs do spawn on the surface during the day. Nonfull blocks like slabs and stairs do not block light though so I'm assuming the top of the mob farm was letting all of the light in and preventing mob spawning. You want to go up about 5 blocks above the half slabs and put a layer of leaves that extent 7 blocks beyond your farm to make everything dark. Also, because the spawning algorithm is less generous on Bedrock then Java you want to take advantage of the different mob caps between surface and cave spawns by having multiple spawning levels with full blocks between the floors. One of the cool differences between the versions is the fact you can put scaffolding down on the spawning platforms and put water on top of the scaffolding to push the mobs into the drop shoot faster as well as set a trident killer where the mobs collect to kill them while you are afk.

You can remove the text on the top by leaving the bedrock preview. All you need to do is go into the launcher and go to bedrock and installations then if you have to, then install the regular version. It still has rtx. Hope this helps.😅

Bedrock doesn’t suck
I must say, as a bedrock player, your pain in this video was quite entertaining! Bedrock certainly has its quirks (most of which can be worked with once you know of them); RTX on the other hand, is straight up just broken right now, especially the official texture packs.
The official ones are broken, but why didn't he look for a not-broken pack? This just makes people believe that Bedrock is bad to play on.
@@Reventern True, but then he would have had to pay for the textures and let's be honest, microtransacrions is the main reason people hate bedrock edition so much.
@@Tygjc Pay for texture packs? I know of several high quality RTX packs that are free. Lumen, Kelly's, Truly Vanilla, and several more. You don't have to pay money to mod Bedrock. Heck, I use a grappling hook addon for my game that didn't cost me anything.

Also, it is harder to find free stuff on the internet for bedrock edition as the packs made are mainly for java.

Welcome to bedrock, passive mobs despawn, mobs on the other side of the portal only despawn if your in the same dimension and go 44+ blocks away depending on simulation distance, and its generally just harder due to the cluster of mobs that spawn around you compared to java.

I love watching professional java players get absolutely bodied when playing actual Minecraft. Makes me feel better when I still die occasionally in the nether.
Reccomended to try shaders in Java, a much more enjoyable experience. Good video, and I feel the struggle that you had to go through playing on bedrock it always feels so weird going from java to bedrock.
