Feldenkrais Method at Higher - The Black Hole Workshop

We recently did a Feldenkrais ATM Workshop with renown Sydney based Feldenkrais Practitioner Zoran Kovich.
We discussed different aspects of movement that led to effective flexion and extension of the pelvis. And thus better ability to practice the Black Hole in guard and other positions in jiu jitsu.
It was a great time, and it is unfortunate that this video cut out 10mins in. But it's a nice snapshot of what a Feldenkrais class looks like and hope you enjoy watching.
