Hi Jennifer. Sorry if I came across short in my comment. You did a fantastic job with the footage and video production. I haven't had time to go back in the video again to see if you list the price ranges for each villa, and I'm watching your video again with the sound off. If it's not there, do you list the prices in your full video that you reference in your description link? How dangerous would it be to live in Mexico now? I know obviously there are some really bad places like durango. I have heard the police don't do much to fight crime in mx and corruption is rampant. I've heard that even in playa del Carmen there have been cartel related murders. What could an expat do to protect themselves if crime is a real deterrent to moving there? Hire a private security detail? Thank you in advance for the information. Btw, you are the fittest woman that I've seen on TH-cam giving real estate presentations. Must take a lot of time, discipline and healthy eating habits to stay in shape like that. Very impressive!

In my case I have never encountered any issues, there is violence everywhere in the world and chaos. In my opinion as to relatively speaking, Riviera Maya, is an incredible place and quite safe as long as you don’t go seeking for trouble. Thank you for you great complement 💪🏾
