I'm looking at picking up a Whaly 435 and love the dark grey color. Are there any issues with the dark color getting too hot and/or warping due to the darker color? Light grey is my second pick, but I prefer the dark grey.
Hey, yeah the dark grey does look awesome! I've had no issues with it getting to hot in summer and no signs of warping due to heat. The warmth of the hull is fantastic after a dive as it warms us up. Down side of this colour is that your not very visible to others while on the water, if anything ever happens and you need rescuing this colour won't help you out.
Fantastic video!! I grabbed some popcorn like I was at the movies!
Cheers Jimmy, still have more Whaly videos in the pipeline, keen to get out and test it in some big seas over our winter.
Great video. How do you jump into the Whaly after spearfishing?
Hey Vjeko, simply pull and kick myself in. Very easy to do so. I must do a video on it as a few people have asked me now. Thanks for the feedback 😊
Thanks! I have oars otside the whaly, below the rope. It might be too high for children to jump in. Looking forward to video 😀
Love the video bud. What do you use to film?
Good old GoPro 5. Wish I could afford a DSLR, one day maybe 🤞🏻
@@Deep_Down_Productions Cheers mate. Hopefully one day soon. With TH-cam fame and fortune 🤣

@@Deep_Down_Productions good point about the visibility, I wouldn't mind red either. Thanks for the reply!
@@carlsbadkook what HP outboard are you planning for the 435?
@@Deep_Down_Productions The current plan is a 30HP Suzuki with remote steering.
