Machneyuda Restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants in Jerusalem. All ingredients served there are sourced from the nearby Machne Yehuda Market, which is where the restaurant gets its name. Chef Uri Navon shows us a number of their dishes, which all have millennia of history behind them.

I would love love to visit this restaurant as well as do a Jerusalem food tour. Ancient traditions, tried/tested flavours and innovative new taste fusions, respect for the produce, seasons and most importantly fresh, naturally ripened and flavourful produce and ingredients -- thanks to a benevolent climate, fertile land and terroir of the Mediterranean and the Levant.
