I'm glad there's no auto tune. I prefer unplugged versions of songs anyway..
There's no obvious Autotune effect, there's definitely some kind of pitch correction like Melodyne throughout the song, though. It's kinda the standard nowadays, and it's noticeable to someone who produces music.
Axel Lessio can you give me an example of this? I’m having trouble hearing it, it’s not as obvious to me i guess.
@@MicDrg Yeah in fact it isn't obvious for someone who is not used to hear it, I guess the only way is to hear the before and after, in that case it would be obvious. Melodyne is designed to make the voice perfectly in tune without being too noticeable, unlike autotune. In this particular case I'm 100% sure they used pitch correction because I can hear it in action having heard it millions of times in before/after in the studio, but it sounds natural, they actually did a great job.
Well his electric guitar is clearly "plugged" but I like this version too
He deserves more attention..
