What I really love about your channel is how consistent your video's lenghts are (and of course the content in them). This makes it easy to just sit down and watch your paradise life for about 10 minutes, though I usualy watch a few video's in a row ;).
I just discovered your channel via Strick and Fran. This is more what I am looking for. The sailing channels have pivoted to multi-million dollar yacht builds. and although that is interesting too, your channel is more what I am interested in. Thank you, and there's a lot I am catching up on! Thank you.
That was quite interesting to watch and I love the way you are excited about learning the Indonesian culture. And hopefully next time we get to see the fishing dive.
Please tell us how Sago tastes and also the flavor of the fish you cooked. Does it taste like cod or does it have a more fishy flavor? Thank you for this beautiful video.
Your content is so interesting to view and learn from as an island girl myself. I live on an island in the Eastern Caribbean. A lot of the food is the same. I have been catching up on your videos and a new subscriber. Looking forward to viewing them all and learning from your life experiences. Your little island is so beautiful 😍
Love your channel & I'm a new sib from South Africa. I just have one request. Can you please do longer videos. 30 + minutes. What a amazing life in a awesome place. Much Love to both of you ❤🌍🙏
You both are so level headed and very patient in all that you do. I totally see your love and care for one another. Best of luck always. Hopefully your channel will grow and that you have more subscribers.
always good to see how people survive the remote island life I go too Abemama one of the beautiful outer islands of Kiribati love the island life the way life should be
You are a very strong & brave woman, for eating sago,it's a food that is very dry and hard to swallow with no taste in it,but it's good with any types of veggies only,Iam watching from my village in PNG 🇵🇬
I was invited to live on an island before in southern Philippines 🇵🇭 and I enjoyed it only for a week. After that, I was craving to see the civilization. To me, an island life is for a vacation, not a permanent one. Don't get me wrong, I was raised cultivating and eating sweet potatoes, rice, cassava, and seafood. But the loneliness of not seeing more people always gets me down.
This is a nice video. I realize what for others is an adventure, a wonderful vacation, for you is an everyday thing. I live off grid in the island of Puerro Rico. Though I live in countryside its only 9 minutes from the beach and fishermen village. I understand and enjoy your living, and can rely to it.
I’m a new subscriber and slowly going through all your videos. I am really enjoying them. Anyway, I was born and grew up in the Philippines and we were at the beach very frequently. I would spend hours snorkelling and just swimming in the sea. But 29yrs ago I moved to Australia. Even though there are a lot of beautiful beaches here, I hardly ever go. There are so many shark attacks here in Australia that it has given me a fear of the ocean. Watching this video just made me wonder about sharks where you are. You and An don’t seem to have any worries about them. Are they not common there?
Wow thank you for watching our videos! We do have sharks here and we often see them when we’re out spearfishing but they are usually smaller reefsharks and they don’t bother anyone.
Very interesting stories and I enjoyed watching your videos. I also live on an Island in PNG and familiar with life style living on the Island. But what makes your story more interesting is that you come from a different background and culture and for you to adapt easily in this type of life style and culture and is truly amazing 😍🤩
Mam,would you please put the Indonesian subtitle so that your Indonesian viewers Will understand more about the content...memang butuh waktu buat edit tapi supaya penonton semakin paham makanya mereka pasti akan semakin banyak yg subscribe dan channel ini akan cepat berkembang. Because this channel is really inspiring ..bagus sekali dan liat biasa anda berdua...what a journey....God bless you both❤ salam dari makasar.

Oh really? We love it! But we usually eat it when it’s freshly cooked and still warm so it doesn’t get dry 😆
Would be cool to see how you make the Sago flour :)
Yes, though we don’t make the sago flour ourselves we’d love to make a video of someone doing it if we get the chance.
Love to wacth

Yes it’s definitely not always easy, and it’s also not for everyone. We definitely need a break from it from time to time as well ☺️

I wish I lived in the Philippines or Australia, I’m in the shithole Canada.

I wouldn’t think there’s to much nutrients in a tree, ? But what do I know. Guess it pulls up stuff from the ground.

Around 30 degrees celsius!
