Is that filter works on bridged systems?
Bridged systems uses 2 amps to drive one speaker. One Amp for the positive and another for the negative.

You are damaging your amplifier running it into 1uF capacitive loads. It is likely to oscillate and damage the speakers. Your electronic insight leaves much to be desired.
