Hmmm - not really. For example, the standards say that a cycle track on a 50mph road should be separated by at least 2m from the carriageway. Most of this has *zero* separation - children cannot cycle safely alone. Not up to scratch.
The end isn't very well designed, but otherwise that's how cycle paths should be 🤣
